The bald man on the right is Igor Krutoy, famous pianist and composer, He came out of retirement when he first heard Dimash. He now composes songs for and plays piano for Dimash. Since this Russian show, he now has taken Dee A Nah (Diana) under his tutelage and pays for her apartment so she can get voice lessons. She was orphaned but then adopted and she had to overcome a severe stuttering problem . She is just amazing, and that dropped larynx just mesmerizes us listeners . Thanks Matt

I assure you that the judges know Diana very well and they are extremely qualified. Igor Krutoy (the older judge on the right) is a world-famous master composer and musician. As you probably know by now, all the judges are distinguished people in European music. The 2 older gentleman are seasoned producers and developers with histories of working with emerging talent. The younger man is a successful singer, actor and especially noted for his musical theater accomplishments. The young lady is a noted pop star in Europe. All are very successful in their own way. And all are blown away by the young super nova known as the Queen of Goosebumps. Seeing the many videos of Diana and all the different types of music she offers up leaves one with the thought “Is there any musical style she does not excel at?” Oh, and it does not hurt that she is rather exotically attractive….

Diana has been singing since 4.5 years old, and has learned to fully enter into her role. She says that this capability has become a part of her profession. In my opinion, she knows how to quickly and on time plunge into a state close to a trance. Perhaps trance is transmitted between people. When I listen to her, it seems to me that I am going into a trance. But with Diana it’s safe, I feel like she heals my soul without participation of my brains. Diana is an absolutely unique artist and person. Literally. in the whole world. Therefore, I cannot understand why there are so many questions to the judges. I can recognize the faces of only two of them: one is very similar to Sergey Lazarev - the winner of Eurovision. And Igor Krutoy - a modern genius composer, world famous for his works with Lara Fabian and Dimash. Others are less visible and may represent music criticism, art colleges, or TV-shows. I guess they perfectly understand what a gem Diana is. Igor has bought a comfortable flat to Diana, to make possible her further musical studies in Moscow. No need to say Diana has multiple Gran Priz awards from various contests. She is out of any comparison. Even with Dimash, imo.

Agree about Dimash, He is a unique singer ,but his performances are always identical- emotional peak for him is to get on knees, and this is repetitive from performance to performance. Annoying.

Yes. Rechen'ka of Diana Ankudinova is unparalleled. I never heard something like this before in my entire life. It is beyond human being's possibility. A flip from folk song to super-spiritual journey. It is just what a genius can do. The rest of us sitting there, dropped the jows to the floor, open the mouth, and getting the goosebumps. Each time. This is her 2nd performance at this russian TV channel NTV show YOU ARE SUPER competition for children rested without parents care (she is adopted child, you could see her adopter mother). The judges were shocked by her 1st appearance 😁 with cover of french song DERNIIERE DANCE. This time they did not want to disturb her 😁 One of the judges gave his armchair to Diana after she sang her 1st song. 😁 Of course Diana won this competition. And Igor Krutoy, composer which works with Dimash, gifted her an apartment in Moscow so she can learn now at the best theatrical university of Russia, musical department. She had 14 y.o. then. Hey Matt. I absolutely adore Diana. She is a force to be reckoned with and she is multilingual to boot. The judges on this show, yes in Moscow, Russia; are all performers in one way or another with one exception, the older man. That person is Igor Krutoy, who is a composer, producer, and more. In addition, Igor also decided to help Diana and her adoptive mother for a time, how long I don't know, but he provided them with an apartment in Moscow. Now, about Diana; she had a very rough life, prior to her adoption. Had abortion been available in Russia at the time Diana's mother was carrying her, I doubt Diana would be here today. In fact, her mother injured her and tossed her out of the house in the Russian winter, with a broken arm. Praise God, He was watching over her. There is a LOT to her back story and I urge you to locate and read it all. It never ceases to amaze me how cruel people can be, even to their own children. If I could afford to do it, I would sponsor Diana to come to America for a season, to study, perform, and become a household name here as well as in Russia. One thing about her voice, she is a true contralto, if you hadn't picked up on that. She is also a master yodler, search for her performance on "Yodel Time", on KZread. I believe some of this may be due to the fact that she had to have voice lessons before she would speak, could speak is a concern for me with her, but I have no way of knowing if my expectations are even remotely accurate. Watch her performances of Human and Dernier Danse, listen to her English pronunciation, and key in on how some words sound like what I have heard people that have been or are deaf sound like when they speak (Marley Matlin for instance). The judges are not really judging her. All of them admited they all went into the kind of trance and disbelief what they heard 14 years old girl. She won this competition. The competition called "You are Super!"it was created for disadvantage kids, who lost their parents in early childhood. You can find more information in the comments, I believe.

Thanks for your great reaction. Diana is truly a unique and extremely gifted vocal artist. She is considered a contralto singer (like Cher), so her 'comfort zone' is of course the lower registers, but she has been practicing to extend her range into the higher octaves as well, with great success. About the judges, you are right to surmise that none can sing as well as Diana, but they are all quite well known in the music industry. One in particular is quite renouned. He is Igor Krutoy (the older, bald judge on the extreme right of the video). Krutoy is a very famous songwriter/composer and music producer in Russia. He has collaborated with, and written songs for such artists as Andrea Bocelli, Lara Fabian, and Alla Pugacheva, among others. A few years back he retired, but then later came out of retirement to work with the outstanding Kazakh singer Dimash Kudaibergen (who, BTW, you should check out if you have not already done so). He has written several songs for Dimash over the last 2-3 years, and has performed with him at concerts. Krutoy was so impressed with Diana when he first heard her that he quickly become a supporter of her budding career. In fact, he gave - as a outright gift - an apartment to Diana and her mother, so that they could move to Moscow from Togliatti to allow Diana to study at a famous music/theatrical arts academy there.

GITIS Miguel refers to is the Russian Institute of Theater Arts. It is the oldest theatrical state institution in Russia, founded in 1878. For Americans .. comparable to Juilliard's. Diana is in her first year there.

One of the largest composers of Russia, Igor Krutoy, composer Viktor Drobysh, is one of the top singers of Russia Sergey Lazarev and the singer Juliana Karaulova. Igor Krutoy helped Diana move to Moscow and gave her an apartment to her so that she could learn vocals in Moscow.

Your reaction was my reaction in the face of a masterpiece. While she doesn't have the consistency of a Dimash whereby almost every performance is a masterpiece (I believe Rechenka is her best), she does have a good 3 of them that I know of that are not far behind this one, and she was only 14-15 years old at the time!

This is magic inside her! This is an incomprehensible force within which he controls so skillfully, turning into hundreds and thousands of magical worlds in each song

Thank you for your reaction 🤍 A quick history about this song: This is an old Russian folk song about an orphan bride who has no parents to give blessings to her marriage, so she goes to the river, which represents the border between the living and the dead to ask for a blessing from her mother. The part about the horses in the yard just means that there are a lot of people gathered at the celebration, but nobody who can "give her away" in the traditional sense. That creepy whisper was the voice of her deceased mother, and the yodeling part was her weeping. 🤍💙❤

I'm being lazy here, to not read everyone else's comments- I admit. I am a new fan of your channel! Really it's a pleasure to experience the music with people who are sensitive to music. I have to say, to your annoyance at the judges here- I only am aware of a bit of the story but one of them, the older bald man, is a famous composer Igor Krutoy and stories go that he has such an appreciation of Diana and her performance that he waits for a pause in the music he deems okay to interrupt with the buzzer push. Even then it pains him to change the beauty of what he is listening to. He schooled the other coaches and that is why they all push together in one song- to get it over with. He came out of retirement to write for Dimash after hearing him sing because it is a voice like no other. He is very much in his own heaven when he's performing on stage with Dimash, which I think you have seen in Love is Like a Dream and others. This man is living his highest in music. Okay- not meaning to sound offended by you, just giving you a spin on how you were seeing those judges!
