"отвоюю" это когда забирают кем-то завоёванное, ранее - это всё таки разница. В стихе Марины Цветаевой говорится о силе любви,духа леса, что обещает отвоевать любого, у любой и даже у ангела (здесь Яков боролся* с ангелом пытаясь вымолить себе благословение) только после "последнего спора", когда ты "замолчишь" навсегда., ты станешь полностью её.
