The judge standing on the top row with the beard and tears in his eyes is Yusif Eyvazov who is married to Anna Netrebko, both international opera singers. Diana's background: Diana was born on May 31, 2003 in the Far East of Russia. She was severely abused as a small child and abandoned on the street by her birth mother in winter when she was only 3 years old with a broken collarbone. She was then taken to an orphanage where, after more than one year, she was adopted by Irina Ponik, a massage therapist. At the age of four and a half, Diana still could not speak properly. She also stuttered. Experts recommended that she take singing lessons to improve her general speaking and vocal skills. This is a new TV show in Russia. There are 9 weeks with 9 shows and 9 well known artists. Diana is the youngest artist. They had to sing songs from 9 genres. The last TV show was on 20. November 2021. The 9 artists are also the judges for the other singer. And Diana (18 yo) won the overall competition of which Diana won 4 and took 2nd place once. She shocked the other singers with the first song. The Crow was her masterpiece in this competition, in my opinion. The judge who stands up is the great opera singer Yusif Eyvazov and the husband of Anna Netrebko, who is world famous. For those that don’t know, Diana Ankudinova was only 18 years old when this performance took place during the 2021 season of a Russian vocal competition called the "ShowMaskGoOn!". Diana’s cover of this Elvis Presley classic "Can't Help Falling In Love", shows Diana Ankudinova has a true contralto sound, and for those that don’t know female voice types, a contralto is the lowest kind of female voice, and a true contralto is very, very rare. First, let me answer a very common question asked about Diana's vocal range. At 14 in 2017, her vocal range was measured from a low of D3 to a high of A5. As of September 2021, 4 years later at age 18, her lower functional range was measured at C3 and her upper range was measured at B♭5. But, it's not just how low she can go, it's the exceptional quality of her tone in her lower range. It's all about the roundness, the fullness, and the depth of her voice, along with her ability to create and access an enormous amount of resonance that further defines Diana as a "dramatic contralto", which is the rarest of the rare contralto voice types. How does she do it? How can such a young female singer reach these low, rich, and dark sounds? The conciseness of many professional voice teachers on how Diana can produce such a low, deep and rich sound has a lot to do with her physiology. It appears Diana was just born with a unique vocal anatomy that is specific to her. Diana’s vocal folds appear to be longer and thicker than most female singers. Her larynx also appears to be larger and her vocal track similarly appears to be longer than most other female singers. This anatomy gives her the ability to produce such a low, deep, rich, and full sound. To really appreciate the vocal progression of Diana Ankudinova’s contralto sound, listen to "Rechenka", a Russian folk song sung in Russian for a vocal competition called "You Are Super!" during their 2018 Season when Diana was only 14 years old. Next listen to her cover of Chris Izaak's, "Wicked Game" the following year when she was only 15 years old during the 2019 Season of "You Are Super!". Diana Ankudinova won both the 2018 and 2019 seasons of “You Are Super”. Diana is also a true polyphonic singer which is an extraordinarily rare accomplishment for someone so young. A singer who has mastered this vocal technique can create up to two different and sometimes three different tones at the same time which adds to the harmonic overtones and undertones that can make it sound like more than one voice singing. This is what a polyphonic singer can do. This polyphonic sound is why some people mistakenly believe Diana Ankudinova is using auto-tune, a voice synthesizer, pitch correction software, or some other artificial form of electronic voice manipulation to alter or adjust her sound. Others think another person is singing off stage in the background, or she is lip-syncing over a previously recorded vocal track. There is no artificial manipulation of Diana's voice of any kind happening at all. This is a very prestigious vocal competition and Diana Ankudinova is required to use only the equipment provided for her to use, as are all other competitors are required to do. There was no opportunity for her to bring in, let alone set up, calibrate and test any extra electronic vocal manipulating equipment. What you are hearing is all Diana Ankudinova. Female singers usually don't reach their full vocal maturity until somewhere around 24 to 28 years of age; some reach it a little sooner, others, a little later. I am thinking Diana Ankudinova is already well ahead of schedule in reaching her vocal maturity. I look forward to what Diana will sound like when she does reach full vocal maturity. When she does she will have had many more years of voice training with her voice teacher in addition to more years honing her on-stage live performance skills. When that day comes, there will be no doubt that Diana Ankudinova will be a vocal force to be reckoned with and a wonder to behold on stage. Diana took part in the “ ShowMaskGoOn on” vocal competition in September of 2021 where she performed her cover of “Can’t Help Falling In Love”. The judges were a panel of nine professional singers that compete against each other and also award judging points to each other. When Diana is not competing she is a member of this judging panel. During Diana’s performance, the judge on the top row that stands up first is the famous Russian opera singer, Yusif Eyvazov from Azerbaijan who is married to the world-famous soprano Anna Netrebko. The blond woman also standing in the red dress that looks totally shocked at the end of Diana's performance, puts both hands on the top of her head in what looks like total bewilderment and disbelief is Julia Parshuta, also a well-known contemporary Russian singer. Julia Parshuta also knows at some point, she has to compete against Diana Ankudinova and knows she is also witnessing a true, once-in-a-generation talent. Finally, Diana won this competition.

лично у меня нет музыкального образования, более того: у меня нет ни голоса ни музыкального слуха. Все что дальше хочу написать - это личная точка зрения (и никого под свои знамена не зову!): что объединяет Димаша и Диану? Это одно и тоже построение исполнения песни. Я его называю "принцип реки": в самом начале течение медленное, тихое, практически не заметное. Чем дальше мы движемся по реке - тем течение становится более полноводным, бурным, стремительным. Ну а в самом конце нас ждет водопад - неистовый, пенный, шумящий, неудержимый и все сметающий на своем пути... Идеальная стратегия исполнения песни.

So girl. Please next time when you manage to react to such a beautiful performance to the amazing singer. just handcuff him!!! ;)
