Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Have you ever heard of Diamond Weave? If not, then you are in for a treat. In today’s new video Kelly will be showing how to do the Diamond Weave stitch. This is an interesting stitch with repeating rows of building and stabilizing. You can use just about any size and shape beads to do this project. The project Kelly will be showing today uses:
*Kissamos Magnetic Clasp
*396 - 3mm Preciosa Bicones
*Size 10 Beading Needle
*6lb Fire Line, Wild Fire, or Dragon Thread
The instructions for Diamond Weave can be found in the book Diamond Weave by Cath Thomas and Gerlinde Lenz. This book is no longer in print but can be found in a digital edition. You can find the digital edition here: caththomasdesigns.indiemade.c...

I like how you are showing with round beads. So instead of the bicones you probably can use the round crystals wit this pattern. I wish I would have invested in more of the swarovski's bicones while the price was not so bad. You can find some at a decent price still, but some want alot of money for them. This is so beautiful. Thank you !😊💖

Thank you sooo much Kelly for yet another excellent tutorial! I ordered the 3mm bicones (as well as a few other items) from you last Friday during the FREE shipping offer and received super fast. I started this bracelet and LOVE how it’s turning out. Your tip about not letting the threads twist while making the 1st 2 sets is invaluable. I also just yesterday completed the snowman earrings you demonstrated. Yet another favorite of mine. Keep the videos coming. I’m a fan of your channel and website.

Are you familiar with the book “Bead Play Every Day” by Beth Stone? If not, I highly recommend it. I have been beading for 50+ years and her book remains in my top 5. She has a very cool Diamond Stitch with multiple variations including Diamond Stitch on a 3-bead base using bugles, Diamond Stitch open weave, and Diamond Stitch 3-sided rope.🐚 🧜🏼‍♀️🐚

You did Right Angle Weave which means you are making boxes of beads. This is a widely known used technique. This technique is diamond weave and is woven completely different. In diamond weave you are not stitching boxes but diamonds.
