I think agressive lions are probably harder to deal with as they just make a B- line towards you and insta kill you so like when they work on Africa 2.0 Tanzania map they work on making lions

Just my thoughts, tigers (and snow leopards) will probably have a higher chance of rares/ diamonds just because of the limited populations.

I’d assume so as well. Snow Leopard dimes appear to be pretty rare though, but the tiger dimes seem to be a bit more common than we expected.

Now that we have all these new awesome species and multimount, we need a new way bigger lodge next update with a lot more platforms so we can display them all, and not just have to use plaques. It also should be big enough incase we get elephants or giraffes in an Africa 2.0 map. And give water buffalo a multimount, they need some love, like a bull and a cow together, or a bull fighting a red stag or tiger, or mule deer

Hopped on Sundarpatan today, first animals I found were some barasinghas from about 300m away up on a hill during feed time. My first animal on sundarpatan ended up being a melanistic bara, and only my 3rd rare fur type ever. Luck of the new map, 10/10 😂

Hey Flinter, I was curious if you’re able to do a new beginner series, since your previous one could be outdated and there has been reworks to the animals in game, I’m also new to the game and want the best chance to be successful, and I want to do that by learning what I need from you, the best theHunter player in my opinion.

Tigers give you too many chances to shoot them I was expecting them to be harder to kill

well its accurate. tigers dont know what a gun is, the way they kill is by sneaking around dumb animals and running at them. so yea, a human can just shoot them while they're stalking because they dont understand how vulnerable they are

How rare are rare tigers? Are they going to be as rare as we thought, or are they just gonna be a normal rare like with other species?

Wouldn't be surprised once data mined information's comes out that they'll be in the 1-0.8% range area, 'Common' rares are 0.16% for refence so drastically more common to account for there low populations (common rares as In old dilute mule deer and piebald mule deer for example these are no longer that common so not really spoiler-ish)

If you have a .22/birdshot shotgun and can get into the right maps, Canadian Geese are easy to find diamonds of. There are hordes of them all over Yukon for instance so the chance of one in the dozens and dozens being a level 5 is a lot more common than most animals.

Does anyone else feel like getting diamonds is too easy nowadays?? Flinter has great videos but let's be honest. Only a few days on early access and already a multitude of diamond trophies? How are these special anymore? I'd be happy to hear others viewpoints on this😬

You need to realise every creator who has had early access has had access to this map for quite a while at this point (it was 9 days on Friday when embargo lifted) and a ton of hours, so of course people are getting diamonds/rares.

They 100 percent boost the diamond and rare spawn points for creator early access IMO. It makes for better publicity for the upcoming map to see your favorite creators pulling in all of these awesome diamonds back to back, and it gets people excited even though their spawn rates will differ drastically when the map comes out. I'm not saying that against Flinter or any of these KZreadrs/Streamers, I doubt they asked for that sort of boost from EW, but I agree that it's a little too crazy to be a coincidence that they pull in all of these trophies in such a short amount of time.

I was just turned off a bit when in the first video he put out Fri where there were multiple Mythical and a Legendary yak in one group. The Legendary ultimately trolled by not making diamond being 0.01 grade off but next video he got 2 diamonds in the same hunt. Doesn't feel like a special trophy to me
