Happy Saturday, and thanks for posting this video! I enjoyed watching. I like DAC, as well, and have been collecting a few over the last year and a half. As far as the tweezers in their kits, you will get tweezers for the square kits only, and no tweezers for the round kits. Hope this helps. Have a great day~

I just ordered my first two diamond paintings from Diamond Art Club after seeing you talk about them in a previous video! I'm a bit nervous because I got intermediate level ones for my first paintings, and they're a bit pricey so I'm hoping I like it, but I figured go big or go home! I'm also prayingggg my cats let me alone and don't try to steal any diamonds.

Haha you and I the same in that way! Whenever I start something new I like to try and get the best quality to really give it a chance. My first kit ever was also from DAC and a bit tougher, but I think you'll be just fine and find it surprisingly easy too! I truly hope you enjoy it!

I have worked on one square diamond art and I had a hard time love working on round diamonds art which one do u like more? Love all the diamonds art pictures!!!

I've been eyeing a few from Jade for a while! I LOVE so many of the kits she stocks.My goal is to have one from her before the end of the year!

I’d love to see how you get a canvas ready, like how you use the washi. Also some of your favorite supplies - do you just use the wax from DAC? Do you have a particular tray you like? I’ve seen you use the pretty placers, can you talk about those some? Also, love that you don’t go through all the drills. I skip through that in other people’s videos 😉

oooooh I LOVE these questions and will absolutely include all of this in my getting started video!! Just to share now though in case it's helpful: I use glue dots for my single placer and museum wax(tack) for my multiplacers! I find they work better and last longer than the wax that comes with the kits. and I do really like pretty placers for placing ABs, because they can be extra sensitive to sticking to the glue dots! The tweezers come with kits that have square drills

what happened to the fancy drill trays with the spout plugs?????

NEW SUB* yes please I definitely need HELP! How to,prepare the canvas to start placing the diamonds ? What tools do,I needs besides the tools that already are provided with the kits? What are the different names of the drills(the more shiny v the not so shiny)? How to KIT them? Should I do ALL the drills together or keep them with according canvas? And any other much needed helpful tips and tricks for a non familiar beginner with a lot of Christmas kits to get started with no knowledge…😬😥what did I get myself into🙄😳Thanks in Advance🙏🏽🔥

The canvas arrives pretty much ready to go, just get it flat and then you just need to pull back the cover to place the drills. All the tools you need are in the kit. There are extras you can look into like different pens, placement rulers, craft roller, ect., but they aren't necessary to get started. The AB are the ones with the sparkly coating, the crystal ones are sometimes called sparklers, the metallic ones are called electro by DAC. That's a few. Kitting them is kinda individual. You can do trays, tubs, tic tac topped containers, bags. Whatever works. And then most folks I see keep it to the diamonds per painting, though I suppose you could just put all of one color into a master container. I think the drawback would be you could get a pai ting with bad drills and not know it or be able to request replacement drills because you couldn't tell where it came from.

You are very sweet and I love your enthusiasm! You do a great presentation too! I do have 1 question though, What is the fascination with all the Witches??? It’s not only you but many others in and around your age. Not trying to be judgmental but I’m genuinely interested. Are you into witchcraft or do you just think the images are cute? Obviously, like in art and wallpaper designs, everyone has their own unique taste!

Honestly I’ve been wondering the same lately- a lot of the art style that I personally love (and that DAC puts out) seems to be witches or mermaids. I’m actually a Christian and do not practice or am into witchcraft personally. But I’m 100% drawn to the art style specifically, and I think that’s what gets me! I do wish they would continue with the same art style but also provide variety, even if it was just normal girls in a bookstore or having a picnic, etc. I’d love to see that!

I liked not showing the kits but wish you showed the washi tape and cover minder. Also miss seeing how many ABs and special drills are in the kits. I love Ivy Dolamore also.

It can take months sometimes, depending on how big it is and how much time I'm putting into it! I'll definitely talk more about that in my getting started video! 💖

Another great question! Any of the DAC kits on amazon are awesome. I can't personally speak for any other brands, though I know many folks newer to the hobby like to start there because it's a bit more affordable!

I love DAC, but The One With The Diamond Art have a lot of plus size representation.
