Thank you so much for this video. I have a knitting pattern book that has this pattern but for the life of me I couldn't get it right. I was adding one stitch for every 8 stitch so I wound up with too many then somehow I wound up with less stitches so I have been a mess.lol now with your video I got it! My arms were getting tired doing over and over the pattern prior to your video.😊

Could you do this pattern with two different Color yarn like the space between the diamonds are a different color and the lines making the diamonds are another kinda like how the brick pattern is with the space between the white lines in color and the lines white

I have this EXACT same pattern in a book a”Teach Yourself Visually” KNITTING. By Sharon Turner! “Diamond Brocade Pattern” p. 54. Plus I used this same pattern to knit a baby blanket 45 YEARS AGO!

I have printed off the Diamond Brocade knitting pattern but when following along on the video some of the printed instructions don't match with your instructions shown on the video; especially the beginning rows? which ones do you advise us to follow?
