Good idea mate. It makes sense doesn't it? Ultimate is absolutely and entirely different compared to basic and core ones. A lot of games have adapt this behavior and it look good. It won't hurt if they do it on D4 because now, we could AT LEAST have another skill that we can use.

​@@godbelowThey shold do it like Destiny and activate the ultimate by pressing R1 and L1 at the same time - both button presses indicated something powerful, it worked handsomely and players could still use a few abilities in it, why not now in Diablo 3?

@@minty9984it won’t work for players that might want to use potions in between abilities unfortunately. I would say thumb stick buttons or d pad maybe. But they need to make ultimate a separate ability.

Ultimates should be a builder spender or a separate button a lot to sacrifice for its cooldown

​@@datboiii1395honestly have to disagree. The lack of decent ranged weapons is honestly a huge oversight by the Devs and almost forces the rogue to be played hit and run assassin style to be even slightly viable.

@@LeiRaionneed to imbue shadow, with vulnerability and get the amulet of hakan. Use the imbue shadow skill and let loose. Not the best build but can still wipe most mobs with it fairly easy

Are these the only ultimates or are there different ultimates by spec? For Necro, for instance, they showed bone storm to synergize with bone spec. Is there a blood ult and a shadow ult as well? I would assume so. Very cool stuff. Super stoked for launch.

necromancer doesn’t have an explicit shadow ult. however i just found a legendary necklace that transforms blood wave and bone storm both into darkness skills with shadow damage. it’s really dope but i still feel like army of the dead is his best ult.

​@@RJMacReady1 what he means is cooldowns. You can only have 4 assigned at a time. Having an ultimate on rotation is a waste if you can only use it every so often. At least that was the case in the beta for most ultimates.

In end game they are going to be mostly under 30 sec, combined with higher HP pool of enemies in end game world tier, you will get pretty much at least one per pull... so yeah, definitely.

My storm druid has a lot of opportunities to reduce the cooldown and extend the duration of cataclysm, ive had rotations where it was off cd before the effect ended, clears mobs extremely well but does have some low single target/elite dps.

yes, it is. the only things that aren't online open world are the interiors of dungeons and such.

Druids looks so poor... but they were scared to show low dmg on hurricane :D

Not for the world boss, everything if you already unlocked it, you don't need to. The only additional is the world boss mount trophy for server slam. Don't forget they delete all your work after so play around with different characters if you got time.

No, you need to do it in this Server Slam event that's coming up. It's a new challenge they added for the additional reward. Beat Ashvara, the world boss at Level 20, which is not only the new cap in this beta, but 5 levels lower than the previous beta's cap which was 25. It might help you to learn that the world boss will be spawning every 3 hours in this beta, so plenty of opportunities if it can somehow line up with your schedule.

You have 3 for each class and many of them are further affected by legendary/unique deal down to their element type.

The effect of catching fire on the wrath of the berserker's skill gives the feeling that the character is taking damage, imo I thought it was a bad choice for the animation. I don't know why they don't have the imagination to create something like the Sorcerer's ultimate where the character doesn't blink like a club and the special effect is all in the ability.

2023 ? those graphics look like the war in the north from the 2010s😅

I used to buy the digital and physical edition, redeem digital and play the game, after you receive your physical edition ask for a refund of the digital, always explain in your ticket the reason. Always worked with the old Blizzard, not sure now.

Gear def matters. Maybe not as much as before but aspects and gem slots can make or break a build. My barbarian would be much weaker. Lvl 40 hardcore and it slaps in both world tiers

you actually have to upgrade your gear and replace gear and put ability points in... that's gonna be a you problem.

Im going barb as main, but man ults are so boring, uninspiring. Whats with that giant weapon and chain swinging...kills my immersion. Played beta without any ults in my builds.... Not hating on the game just my honest thoughts about some skills.

The only thing that you need to improve that is to add more interesting content in the game. Why don’t you? The graphic and game play is perfect as my personal perspective but lacking of content. Doing daily nightmare dungeon is boring.

Nerco got the worst ultimate skill

That Sorc Snake ability skill is a joke…

So good at making trailers but gameplay not so great.. What the trailer doesn't tell you is 90 second cool down on ultimates that last 3 seconds and that you'll be spending all your time using a "generator skill" that hits like a wet noodle.

Please add dedicated ultimate hotkey.

Make a new video with the nerfs and than let's view this demo

Sorry but rain of arrow should not be an ultimate skill anymore since it doesn’t kill anything
