Never watched one of your videos before, this was a really good, clear, easy to watch and comprehensive guide! Can't wait to finish work and make some tweaks to my rogue. I've been running combo points and flurry for the extra attack speed.

I haven't really min/maxed my HS rogue but for those who don't have a Shako like me, you can run Frostbitten - for lower levels than Pit 100, rolling chance to stun & freeze on the armour works great to proc Frostbitten. Adding daze or immobilize to the mix is better for higher tiers to help with tougher elites or staggering for longer fights though.

Waiting for the push variant, im currently kinda stuck on 113 boss. I think i might be doing setup for stagger dmg wrong idk to be honest. Thanks for the guides i always watch the stream when i can. Ggs

Should we put "chance for heartseeker to cast twice" on all weapons to max out the percentage?

You can just bind your key, to number 7...num lock, press and hold 7 (effectively perma heart seeker arrows ) and press numlock again. you will stay standing and firing HS without using a rubberband. 🙂

He is wearing Harlequin Crest helmet which gives +4 to all skills. Put it on if you have it and then press the [S] key to access skills, and drag it on to your hotbar.

@@AngryNorwegianFisherman yeah I know exploit glyph can do that, but there is a downtime to that, and the duration is rather short. I have not giga maxed my gears yet so I won’t be able to kill bosses or elite within seconds. Despite of that, I sacrifice one of the affix in glove and make it into % lucky hit to make enemy vulnerable

He’s using the vampiric curse affix. You can also get chance to be vulnerable on your rings I think. It’s a lucky hit chance.

What do you need to get your lucky chance to in order to start playing this?

Nothing... the basic HeartSeeker skill has 50% by default without any improvements. Ofc every % more in lucky hit is basically the same amount of Damage improvement. So if you have 60 instead of 50 you do 10% more overall damage

I could never make this work with heartseeker because enemies don't stay vulnerable long enough. Forceful Arrow was way better with its guaranteed vulnerable and piercing AoE. Do people only use heartseeker for the slight attack speed bonus?

Cutthroat finesse has vulnerable damage as an option and that’s a critical stat for this build.

Im playing this build. Just mind dead lol next time you stream hopefully i can find a good piece.

With Tempering and Enchanting, you can get two vulnerable rolls on most of your item slots. I would recommend getting rolls for lucky hit chance to freeze on two of your items as well. You will be able to constantly freeze most mobs.

Lol...that would make it so the rich always get richer. And the weak ones would hate having strong players around them. Not a good idea. But in a sense, strong players in this game will always have access to better gear. It's in the nature of the game.

Where do you use the vampiric aspect ? I dont see it your build link.....

You can replace Aspect of Elements with Accursed touch if you do not have chance to make vulnerable on your ring.

In other guides it is mentioned you don't need it if you can roll lucky hit chance for Vulnerable on at least one item, preferably two.

What's even the point of unique gear in this game when they can't be tempered and made to fit your build? Im only lvl 53 on my second character, so this might be a dumb question.

What is making the explosion fire out in all directions? My setup doesn’t do that. That’s what I’m missing out on.

I started an alt rogue on Sunday and it is garbage until around level 25. You need a few key aspects and tempering to make it really work. I would recommend leveling up to around 30 using a different build. Once you have it up and start stacking Vulnerable damage, it feels very broken. I killed the 70 capstone boss at level 38. My main is a Twister Barb at level 100. My rogue is 72 and if I had tier 4 unlocked, I am certain I could be pushing 100 NM dungeons and be at the same place my decently geared 100 Barb is currently.

Imo it doesnt make sense to play this build before you get the vulnerable tempers and vulnerable aspects and @HArry ... no lol you cant just clear NMD 100 at level 72 with that....unless you have pre prepared gear with all the tempers and rolls....i recently leveld a HeartSeeker and despite my gear being okayish now at level 90 it is still pretty though to clear a NMD 100 (However its a pretty brutal level difference 90 vs 154 monsterlevel :))... you need a lot of + skills on gear to make this build good.

@lordad I didn't realize the level gating was 80 for 925 gear. Once I unlocked T4 and farmed a few pieces of 925 items, at level 80, I have cleared up to NM 60. So, 100 was an exaggeration. That being said, I am sure a better player dedicated to that goal could come much closer.

only if you use a controller and a rubber band to hold the trigger for the basic attack...heartseeker will autoaim to the closest enemy

How can you make your chest armor looks red color even on the breast? I tried to change color, but it never turn red like yours. It is the not awakened chest armor piece that you are using, right?

Your planner shows cutthroat damage instead of vulnerable damage

When i put in glyphs it does not cover same are as the paragon board shows. So all requirements are not being met how do i fix this?

You need either accursed touch aspect or the roll of lucky hit chance to make enemies vulnerable on a ring or gloves. Otherwise no vulnerable procs

@@thuggothic exploit alone is not enough since it only makes each monster vulnerable 1 time for 3 seconds in 20 seconds... so when you dont kill it instantly it doesnt work. Accursed touch alone is maybe also not enough since its only 30% *0,5(lucky hit) *0,5(victimize) = 7.5% chance to create an Explosion. you want that vulnerable chance > 50 overall and exploit to get close to 100% chance *0,6*0,5 for 30% explosion chance per shot which will be almost always since we shoot so fast and so many arrows

@@lordad If you get a GA of the affix for lucky hit to make enemies vulnerable, plus exploit you will have consistent uptime of the victimize passive, and can drop accursed touch for someone like inner calm or elements for more damage

@@lordad Of course I use the exploit glyph along with accursed touch And I have a 20% chance for vulnerable for 2 seconds on a ring I'm level 82 but I got a 906% damage increase on victimized so far I'm just looking for all avenues of proc'ng vulnerable on everything

edgemaster aspect should be in weapon for more damage

I was playing that all the way to 100 before I switched to heartseeker and doing any of the Uber bosses or tougher enemies you need banished lords which means pre firing and set up before you do damage which is boring and tedious when you can just go in and start the fight immediately with heartseeker

Exploit only last 3 seconds so tougher enemies that take longer than 3 seconds will make your damage dissappear

It has to do with the tempering explosion procing victimize. It's explained pretty well in the video I'd double check your gear if it's not working could be something you missed?

build doesn't really work until you have paragon complete and exploit glyph fully activated to proc victimize on every enenmy. and lots of lucky hit and attack speed is necessary. I had the same issue. build felt trash until i had everything needed, now its blasting pit 100's

Same thing happened to me.went from rapid fire to heartseeker and was bad at first. Had to roll heartseeker in pants get vulnerable on some gear through temper. Got two skills on amulets and all glyphs to 21 and it all changed

Season 5 will be the death of heartseeker victimize, since they will fix it.....while barb always gets buffs instead of nerfs...diablo 4 is a bad game wuth bad devs.
