He’s a sick but he’s the only light in the game. He gave me hope and I believed he would turn right. Shame on blizzard for not having more presence from heaven. They’re heaven stuff is so much cooler than hell.

Inarius' speech hits way different upon listening to it again after you cross the black lake and delve into the ancient city. Is the Angel's accusations and refusal really about humanity being weak, or is it an excuse born from guilt?

These are gonna be the best in-game cut sceens of all time.

Inarius itself is below the level, but the grandeur of the archangel felt in his voice and atmosphere is the most memorable scene in Diablo 4 :)

Well, it depicts our real world situation: christianity sees humankind as "god sheeps" but still christianity poisons human minds. Same with Inarius, he treats humankind as weak beings, kind of mistake, on the other hand Lilith wants to free humans from this poison(i suppose she will).

There’s already been hints of Mephisto as well. That wolf on the opening scene has Mephisto a symbol on his forehead

I think we'll see Inarius's fanatics turn on the player. I would love to fight some of those plated up guards.

Seems like Inarius has left Hells torture but will still be in a state of eternal torment.

Turns out, torturing a guy for a few millennia turns him into an asshole.

Probably my favorite part of the story. The only time we get a glimpse of good despite him being far from it. He just lost his way but seeing an angel was awesome.

Imperius is unironically way less evil than Inarius, lest you forget, or maybe you don't know, the only reason Humanity is as weak as they are, is because Inarius messed with the Worldstone and stripped humanity of their Nephilim status.

Imperius doesn't care about Humans, and they have a "don't mess with Sanctuary" policy. Inarius, on the other hand, is a dick and the other angels won't talk to him anymore because he's a dick, and his solution to all of that is to double down on being a dick thinking the angels will forgive him, which gives his ex-girlfriend her chance to stab him in the back.

Why noone bats an eye to our characters standing up and say "I CAN STOP HER" to Inarius' face? That hits way harder than any of your damage dealers out there.

Minimum requirement, a toster. An 1060 6gb is enough to run this game full hd, medium-high settings at stable 60fps On top of that it has fsr, you can always turn it to quality and get some extra fps boost without much loss of resolution. I'd say it's well optimized only thing you really require is an ssd from my experience.

From what I get, It is less about power levels and more about being easily corrupted. Book of Cain said he actually had no qualms about humans. Unlike Nephalems who also had 'mortal hearts' but also were walking nukes

Some of the earlier books mentioned that the same powers of heaven and hell are locked inside every human and each one has the potential to be more powerful than even the prime evils, but it's less like saying "You can be great if you just train" and more of "There's a million doors blocking you from god hood and the keys are held by the people who don't want you to be a God, good luck." as the knowledge to unlock yourself is hidden all around the world and in heaven and hell, one person got close, so close, and you know exactly who he is.

Definetly Malthael vibe. Imperius didn’t betray like him and it seems Inarius has a big hate against humankind, bigger than even Malthael.

People tend to like inarius appearance for some reason...more specifically his wings. But if you look at them compared to other high ranking angels you can tell they are deformed. I like to compare them to strands of hair and how his look like they have 'split ends'

He sounds arrogance. He sounds pride, vanity. Tenfolds of Imperius. Not like our Tyrael (same tyrael whom Lorath cried over his grave)

There are no "good guys". Lilith wants humanity to embrace their demonic urges and lead them to win the eternal conflict, so she can rule. Inarius wants humanity to embrace their angelic side, so he can lead an army against Hell and do enough damage to win back his place in Heaven. Neither of them care about what happens to Sanctuary beyond their own selfish desires.

Tortured, his pride ripped away from him (he was always arrogant about his beauty, so he got mutilated) But Blizzard rewrote lots of it because they are to retarded to come up with an decent linear story. He still got tortured but he somehow left in the reaper of souls story arc, thats the new lore I believe. Blizzard could've made inarius atleast ugly, he looks so damn cool and doesn't seem to much traumatized for someone that got tortured, mutilated and humilitated.

@@gaymohammed3137 Well you can't really see his face, but his cape is all torn at least. Also, an angel's mind might be able to withstand that sort of abuse better than a mortal's. He's not completely destroyed, but he is pretty grumpy and his morals are nowhere to be seen. He raises an army to which he promises "whoever dies in battle today, dies heavenbound" and then marches them into Hell, shows off a bit and when he's alone with Lilith says "Sanctuary is an abomination".

I would've changed this cinematic 1.) I would not have my character kneel 2.) I would call out inarius, he's an angel not a god 3.) I would not cower to his "Your kind are weak." 4.) Either I get his blessing or to hell with him as well

He tried to prevent his children (humanity) to be drag into this conflic once Lilith started with her plots.
