the drop rate for malignant hearts is fucking brutal ... it's the only thing keeping me from farming duriel with any regularity

Do you know if the difficulty of a special Varshan body parts elite scales to area you are in? What I mean is, I have come across a few times doing NM Dungeons at higher difficulties 70+ and died to the special elites. I can kill them with ease elsewhere in the Open World, just not in NM Dungeons and I haven't had time to scroll over their body to see what lvls they're before I usually get one shotted. It seems they're overpowered from their base monster lvl in a NM Dungeon and they can come in threes with a ton of affixes, much more stronger than even the Butcher, most uber bosses. And if you die, just like the Butcher, they vanish.

PvP in d4 is cool I wish they had like a battlegrounds like Wow thanks for the info !

I always stick around after a legion or w,boss for elite but rarely get a heart from them its usually a random body part I feel hearts are hardest to get and that socks because it's the main thing u need should be able to craft a catch or do an event that garentees a heart that be nice lol

Finally someone said it. Why do people act like the hearts are common? As you said ive seen 1 heart per 20 other items. It's so stuoid to explain crafting for hands and heads using a heart when hearts are almost non existent

What about world tier swapping? Like farming Blood Tides in Tier 4 then swapping to Tier 3?

quick tip: you'll know if a malignant elite is spawning after a favor task immediately by looking at the minimap. if you see a slightly transparent bramble-looking icon flashing by your character, that indicates a malignant elite is spawning.

This is still sooo crazy to me that you can continuously farm varshann mats all day everyday with no interruption yet grigoire mats are locked behind time gated hell tide and also limiting on how many you can get making the whole process feel excruciatingly boring and tedious for little to no reward

Pvp is endgame. Fwiw, all you need to do is "see" the seething abom. As long as you see him and if I or someone else kills you and then kills seething abom after, you get 5 grim favors even if you are still a ghost.

pvp in Diablo is too little. So I don't do it. Have a build for two zones where most people in seasons just want to grind mobs and whispers. So Blizzard needs more zones or just scrap pvp.

Out of the classes it would be Mage/barb for "fastest" movement . But that said, the grinds insane. I am waiting on S3. Been focused on writing meanwhile.

Legit, Diablo has zero need for PvP. I wish they would eliminate all challenges with pvp involved. No one bought Diablo to PvP.
