Is it ok to start a new character on adventure mode? Do you get better gear drops?

Do you need the reaper of souls expansion to get adventure mode? Can you play this offline on Xbox one? Is adventure mode infinite..can you keep playing this whenever you want? Do the bounties keep appearing even after you beat em?

Bro who even plays this game on normal difficulty lol. I just finished my first time ever playing d3 after I was like lvl 9 I started changing the difficulty. The way the game just gives you double damage made me keep turning it up. I made it up to torment lvl 3 and lvl 41 paragon when I finished the final boss. I only died a handful of times
