This was an amazing run to experience IRL. So many great saves and a crazy ending. It went WAAAAY farther than anyone thought it would.

This was probably the most tense run I have EVER watched you run... wow!

​@@S1nwar It was a very important drop that happened to drop right as he talked about it, you clown. That is not normal. What happened was a very random occurrence. Just look at his reaction when he saw the two open socket staff. I really enjoyed his reaction and wanted to highlight it.

But there is a finer point which is: If he spent a fair amount of time talking about the items he would want at any given stage of the game then the chance that said item will drop at said moment is actually non-trivial over enough games. Serendipitous for sure tho!

No, really? It happens all the time. But the good news is, it works both ways. I used to use it to my advantage to cast Blizzard or Meteor. Just keep right-clicking as he walks back and forth until you land the right frame.

I was just filming my own challenge run with a barb in what I call “the run of evil”. I have to reveal pretty much every square inch of EVERY map and kill EVERY enemy in the game. That entails doing every side dungeon and exploring every inch of every forest and every desert in acts 2 and 3. Where I am currently is I just hit the cathedral and had some mana/life leech weapons I;my secondary slot and was thinking to myself “I wonder if doing a no health potions/mama potions is doable and if anyone has attempted it before. Lo and behold when I go check KZread to see if anyone has it turns out you are the only person who has and this video is way down at the bottom of the page. After my Run of Evil I will probably attempt this run myself only I don’t think I’ll do it on a HC character. Keep up the good work Llama!

That was insane. I really hope you keep doing these runs. One proposed modification: You can use waypoints, but you can't go into town. That way you can easily transport between areas. If you think like you're going to make it into nightmare and allow yourself some way of getting life back that isn't "too easy", I bet you can push this run a lot further.

lol I made it to the monestary trying out myself with an amazon ^^ damn its hard but its actually far more fun. Youre freaked out by the darkness, lightradius starts to make sense, inventory management becomes huge. Its such a better game this way its amazing. The problem with all these mechanics otherwise in Diablo is that they are trivial and the game becomes a grind which I never really liked so I didn't play for 15 years. But wow, even just durability that is completely inconsequential normally starts to matter tho one of the reasons im doing Amazon is because bows dont have durability! Was on classic too so no runes!

The ultra ultra ultra hardcore mode you'll found here is... MrLlama is insisting not to use the centurion, or socket skulls... POG
