He kind of did have the army, it didn't seem to be super focus on it, but if you watch the necro stuff again, you'll see some of his skeleton army attacking stuff.

Looks like they softened Amazon's face even more. She still looks way too old for the voice, but eh it doesn't really matter. Sad that they didn't appear to do ANYTHING for the Paladin, who looks like a completely different person.

@@rho_man indeed, I'm Asian, but I always remember Assassin to be goth white chick, they don't need to cater to us if that's what's they aiming for or some sort of Cultural Appropriation crap which I hate. At least make her paler like the old Assassin. Good thing Amazon don't look like she's 40-50 anymore, Paladin and Assassin probably the biggest disappointment for me.

I like Paladin both version. Orginal looks "Berber" and RE-version looks based on "Saint Maurice". I always thought Assassine was Asian - because Ninja stuffs and Kung-Fu. Now the people are uproaring and are screeching "woke". lol every had own imagination from such pixelated graphics. I dont like New Amazon either, (way too mature for 20's), and I didnt like Orginal either who looks Barbie doll.

Is her name Cassia ? Me and GF are playing Heroes of the Storm together and it will be our first time with Diablo- info on Cassia is kinda confusing me. She mains her and has a bond/bias towards her so it would be nice if she's playable there :P Also necromancer reminds Xul. Is it him ?

The Druid is the most OP character in the whole game. My Nature-Posse is so strong I really don't even have to get into the fight.

Didn’t realize Willem Defoe was making an appearance at D2R

Noticed how the music is slightly different for each class now that I see them side by side fluidly.

For those who played the original, it looks magical! They left everything with the same design, improved the graphics and movement, which in fact was the only thing missing for the game! Awesome!

Not playing the game because of something minor like this is your lose. Thr graphics look amazing and well polished. Good riddence, cuz the last time I remember its the gameplay and its still their.

In the past, I used to focus solely on overcoming the game's difficulty, but now I have started to enjoy the various contents and systems within the game. Anyone can acquire good items or create a powerful character through optimization if they set their mind to it. Users themselves are contemplating the depths of gameplay and the abundance of content the game offers.

How are they showing them in act one with such power? In the beta I could barely have a firebolt casting

Last I checked it is still not available for pre-order on the Switch store and it is fucking driving me insane!

I love that there are so many specialized skills that you can't beef them all in one playthrough. The Assassin is my girl, but even though I beat the game already, she can't do some of the stuff that was in the trailer.

The werewolf's fur is white again. In the announcement trailers, he got black fur. Its all good but the black fur looked so badass

They miss corpse explotion on Necro's trailer. Overall, with all the abilities they can handle, they dont seem to need any passive skill like D3.

That’s why you invest in Poison and Bone Tree, Necro is a powerful caster type. Summons were always just there for support, but the skellies become useless after act 2 in normal mode. Go Golem and Revive, some curses are good too such as Decrepify.

@@erickchristensen746 That was true for a long time but with 1.10 there are synergies which keep skellies relevant the entire game. Of course you can do caster too but both are viable playstyles. I can get through Hell difficulty no problem with pure summon/bone, some Corpse Explosion and Decrepify, and Act2 Merc.

@Lyle 84' then why change them in the first place ? People are fed up with agenda pushing in their games and media in general. Believe it or not but this has to do with Lucifer worship. Lucifer can be male, female or both. It always was the agenda of the "Elites" through media and especially Hellyweird to blur the line more and more between male and female. Today its just more obvious. Thats also the reason Diablo looked feminine in D3. And thats also the reason you see the black/white tile in alot of music videos and at coronations and weddings of kings and queens. It symbolizes Ying/Yang, male/female combined into one. Just Google some pictures, also of the performance from Katy Perry at the Superbowl ...

Here’s my wishlist: 1)fix sorc frozen orb (the orb is more like a star) 2) Druid werewolf looks lame… in classic he runs bipedal, in D2R he runs on all fours and it looks weird. 3) Amazon’s posture and run just looks… lazy. In classic she runs erect with broad shoulders and full leg strides. She kinda just shuffles in D2R. 4) Same as 3 but for Pala too….also pala sword swings kinda seems noodle-ly… in classic it looks like his shoulder is really into the swings, but not in D2R. 5) Assassins Dragon talon (kicks) looks bad. Her back is stiff, the whole body doesn’t look like it’s going into the kicks like it does in classic. It’s seems picky, but it was the small things that kept me playing D2 for years.

The necro doesn't show his skellies, is this why the necro was not in the beta? Do they have problems with getting his right?

That's basically what you are saying. That's a phallacy. These new faces clearly have an agenda behind them. Making unattractive females is an ubiquous trend in modern media. If you're going to assume and accuse me of "being progressive" then I'm going to do the same to you and claim that you're mad because you can't tug your wanker off to a video game character. The barbarian skills didnt age well, back in 1999 you could understand than most of them looked like regular melle attacks, but now...

@@Fenrize Natalya is an Assassin of the order of the Viz-Jaq'taar. She is the first appearance of the assassin character in Diablo II and offers advice cloaked in mysteries. After the character kills Mephisto, Natalya suddenly disappears.

@@darkphoenix00001 Where did you get that from? Natalya was the character in Act 3 put in as a tease for the then-upcoming expansion. Sure she reused the Assassin's sprite/model but that doesn't mean they're one and the same, you can even go greet her as an Assassin. Looking at the story, the Assassin you play is at the start of her journey, it doesn't make any sense for her to already have a set named after her. She's not a legend but on her way to becoming one.

Is it coincidence that Necromancer's trailer took longest? I think not!!!

People are too stuck on the faces.... The only time you really see them is on the character select screen. Once you're in game, those small details get lost.

The Amazon looks like Daryl Hannah from Grumpy Old Men. (The blonde 30 year-old daughter.

I have a question: since all the D2R quests are old, will the players (particularly for the D2 players) quickly get bored after several weeks of playing D2R?? In other words, will Blizzard consider to release Act 6 later? 🌝🌝

We don't really care about the quests...its more about the items. It is impossible to make new content like story since the voice actors are dead/old/no longer acting, D3 continued after D2 and D: Immortal is immediately after D2. The best option will be to add maps that are difficult as an end game farming option. Edit: and some loot maybe.

People have been playing this game continuously for 20 years. Don't think they're going to suddenly stop because the graphics got *better.*

Fix the character models and remove the censorship. Not buying into your "We're going to make changes after launch" bullshit. I'll keep my money until is right.

@@inspiringminds7284 console versions are missing lobbies so you can't make specific games like trading, rushing people, just really basic stuff. In d2 classic you can see how many people are in the game, how long the game was made, what lvl people are what class they are. Its just harder to play with random people. Not everyone has friends, not everyone has friends with other social apps or may not want to use them just to get a game going. Consoles are also missing chat so how can you trade for specific items. I cant be like I will trade you this for gems. The zoom feature added to diablo 2 resurrected is missing on consoles.a new features made for this is missing.. And as of yesterday bilzzard said in a post that for the switch version you can only play with 4 people not 8 like how its supposed to be. Back in the diablo deep dive video at 28:20 min or around there they said 8 players works among other things. They do all this 2 weeks before the game comes out.

I forgot to mention if the switch has less players that means less people playing. Less people means less soj rings being sold so uber diablo spawning is going to take even longer then before this will cause another problem of 4 people who may not know what they are doing are probably going to die vs a team of 8 people, and because less people are going to be playing the game. Especially after more people find out whats going on they won't buy the switch version. They made d2 harder before you even got to play it. And spent to much time making diablo 3 fans happy instead of making diablo 2. This was about showing what defined a game.
