Is this the right droprate? (1/X runs) Player 1 2 3 4 pul 423 338 317 317 um 635 508 476 476 mal 739 591 554 554 ist 1109 887 832 832 I found it on some guide and it doesnt add up :) or you just need to do 109 more runs for Ist rune :) Thanks for the video. Fucking awesome :)

@@smithj0308 Ist. Technically she can drop up to Lo but its not part of her special rune drop, so anything higher than Ist is just like killing a monster or opening a chest.

Not a single Ist... Wow. Tough luck DB! I started playing again two weeks ago and after getting an El as a questdrop from the Countess on Hell with my first account (Wind Druid) I went back for revenge and got an Ist the following run!

This video is super interesting for me now even more. I was running countess today, and at level 4, I killed a champion pack and I got a Ber rune (single player, plugy mod with players 4) . I thought it wasn't possible to get a Ber in this location, so I was super surprised.

yes not possible to get a ber from countess herself. but monsters at lvl 4-5 have potential.

I always had great luck clearing the levels of the tower. Slow but lots of mini bosses and lots of uniques, jewels, charms, rares and ebug items.

Just got an ist rune from my 5th countess run yesterday !

Yio @dbrunski, how long does it take you to this? 1000 runs?

I think have found about 5Puls 3Ums 2Mals and 1Ist in total off her. She is a good target for getting Ko Lem but sometimes the drops of these runes are also very unpredictable.

Trying to farm some um runes for my frenzy barb to make duress and crescent moon (I haven't played enough to have all the fancy high runes yet), and I've managed to drop 3 puls, 1 mal, 2 ists (!) and zero um runes so far. (done about 350 runs). Stoked to find so many ists, but the zero ums really sting. Onwards to 1000 runs!

I finally got the IST rune from her a couple weeks ago after probably a few hundreds of runs -- not back to back, but over the weeks and months. She had never dropped anything even close to that (Io-Lum was the highest) before. Interestingly enough the other drop from her that run was way below average (4 heaps of gold about 7k each and a rare Great Sword that turned out pretty unremarkable), so I guess the goodness of the drop was somehow condensed into that rune. 🙂 I ain't complaining most of the time because I often get some more runes from mobs on the way, or from containers in the tower (KO from a grave on one of the levels or a MAL from a barrel? These were pretty rare but more often there's something like AMN or SHAEL from something. Little by little...

What's the difference between running players 8 and players 1 on hell, I'm looking for war travs and shako from hell meph that's all I can run for now but can't run past players 3. How does it affect drops on different player levels.

At the end of the thousand runs, his runes are worth 1 Fal + 1 Mal +2 Ist + 3 Gul..and/or..1 Fal and 20 Um OR The rune-equivalent of: 1 Um every 50 runs

earlier I got a Set Item Dusk Shroud from a Boss Pack then suddenly getting an error after 15 seconds. When I logged in it gone ~_~

I have run the Countess around 50-60 times tonight and got 3 Ists + 1 Gul out of it, pretty lucky I would say.

I've found multiple Ist runes, and a Gul in like probably a couple hundred Countess runs. (not sure, don't keep track) That was reallly bad luck I think.

interesting. I've had her drop 2 ist runes is all in like my past meh 100 ish runs? (with sorce)

Sojs are still common if that's what you mean by prevalent? High runes are the go to for trading if you aren't using a site like D2jsp nobody trades in sojs anymore. nobody is trading with shael runes wtf lol.

WIth only the Eth Threserh was Worth it. Is such a nice weapon for PVM when you play 1.14d SP and you have no access to Ladder Runewords like Infinity.

Kosteri x MF doesn't affect rune finding ability.

Saaaaad Panda :( why is it best to run her on P1? you mentioned it maximizes her rune drops, is it because she drops less other items? so she can then drop more runes?

Lucky you, the higest rune I found on hell is Io. I need 2 Um's for the Bone runeword.

Dbrunski, can I suggest something? In these "run" videos you could display the number of the actual run on the screen, so the viewer can check if he misses the audio for some reason. What do you think?

I like starting with a fire sorc personally. A few very good, very cheap runewords that help at the start, and the damage scales pretty quickly. Once you're a solid build you can respec into a lightning sorc.

Has anyone compared in a video the avg and types of drops for each boss and like farming 1000 champion packs and Unique packs. Then did a little math on it to see like is there a pattern of what has the most drops? what has the better kinds of drops? ETC. Maybe that can be your next video, I think the community would love to know if what parts of the game you farm will net you the best outcomes for gear amount and types. I know it will never truly tell you type cause the game is so random, but it's a little idea of the pacing of where you farm, a general ideas of how these things drop over time. I yes I can watch all the thousand run videos and have that info, but I'm thinking of you guys adding in champion packs and unique packs to the mix also.

I can get an ist rune a day from her. You were unbelievably unlucky. I am running her for ists to cube into a Jah (eventually).

Why did you farm with a fire sorc instead of lightning? Countess has 108% fire and 33% lightning ress. After infinity you will have 92 vs -48. Did I miss something?

And lower kurast still stays as best place for rune hunting. Only good thing from countess on hell's mode would be key drops.

How long did it take to do 1000 runs?

damn. I'd expect at least 3 Ists.

#SadPanda but at least a bunch of mal runes which are my favorite runes! And can easily be made into Ist runes! I love Mals because they require level 49 and they look cool and they're fairly common and easy to upgrade into ist runes!
