For monitoring diabetes, I use Freestyle Libre sensor with BluCon NightRider and able to get glucose values on my watch without the phone and without scanning the sensor.

This device is life changing and one time purchase. I have been using it about 4 months and alert me when my values go below 70 which help me a lot when the glucose values are not in range.
