All fruits contain fructose and not glucose.fructose is not measured in a glucometer.

Very Excellent Video Sir, I was diagnosed with 393 initially and dropped to 325 in a year with medicine but when & i stopped medicine and started fruits , the sugar level drastically dropped within 141 to 171 range since last one year.

Dr BRC also stated that raw fruits and veggies in DIP diet reverses diabetes after some time. WHO couldnt decide the potential of covid and misgiuded people that it isnt contagious. Its like seeing a snake in the dark. If someone tells its a rope and need not worry, shouldnt we be cautious untill we put on the lights? What if its real snake?😂😂😂

This sounds too good to be true. I am 66 yrs old . I have always had bananas or oranges before going to bed. In the mornings I usually have an apple or orange or 2 bananas by 8 am ..... So far so good.... Will try this some day.... ThanQ

Glycemic index of food items also is important
He is checking blood glucose after 2 hours. He should have used Free Libra continuous glucose monitoring . Fruits being fructose peaks early and declines early.

Obviously maand sugar level kaafi badhayega lekin isko hatane se kam badhega. Phir bhi chawal avoid karne ko kaha gaya hai. Better hoga ki chawal khane se pehle kuchh high fiber wala padarth khana chahiye jiss se dhire dhire sugar release ho.

@@hardeepkogar If you are eating plant based fruits and vegetables (beetroot, cucumber, carrot, tomato, etc). Your sugar levels will never increase. Sugar level increases only and only by packed and processed foods like biscuits, namkeen, toast, softdrinks, etc... etc.

Dear Doctor, I'm 68 years old and have been a diabetic for over 25 years. Till a year back, even though I was taking drugs, my fasting BG used to be 180 to 220. I'm taking Metformin 500 mg 3 tabs a day. In the past one year I'm taking the same tablets, have restricted my food intake substantially and doing physical exercise for 45 mins a day. Just walking at a slightly higher pace than usual. But, during this time, I did something which I thought would help. I started taking 1 small spoon of pure Jamoon Seed powder, thrice a day. Once in the morning in empty stomach, twice in the afternoon and night before lunch and dinner. I saw a dramatic change in my BG profile. Now, my fasting BG is always between 90 to 110 and my random BG (anytime during the day) is

Sir is there any logic that fasting sugar should be checked just after you wake up in the morning or 8 hours fasting. Is it true that fasting sugar measured at 7 am in the morning will be different from if fasting sugar is measured at 10 am or 11 am (without eating anything).

Fasting sugar should be checked after 12 hrs of fasting
Each one of us is different. Capacity of pancreas reducing insulin can vary and may be less in insulin dependent patients. Not to follow this blindly. Not to overdo anything. Moderation is best. Also how much movement we have after eating also determines sugar levels. I request viewers to be discriminate

Sir, For me the results did not come properly. My fasting sugar was 142, I took two red bananas wt 250gms approx. After 2 hrs my sugar level is 189, even after performing a few workouts for 45 mins. Normally I take poha ofcred rice/horse gram in which case the sugar level will be around 120 to 140, two hours after breakfast . Hence eating banana is not helpful in my case.

A packet of biscuits raises too much sugar level in comparison to 1 kg of fruits.i have tested difference is almost 100 points.

Sir,what do you want to say actually? You are saying that eating fruits will reduce sugar level initially,but in long run it will increase fatty liver. Now pls inform whether eating fruits is recommended or not .

Mene nahi kaha ye guidelines kehta hain. But Hba1c is gold standard for diagnosis of diabetes and not fasting sugar. Now we follow time in range.

Sir, Namaskar. I am at the age of 75 yrs ,male , and suffering from Diabetes since last 50 Years.I am having stones in my Pancreas. My diagnosis is Pancreatic Calculi with Diabetes Mellitus. I am under insulin Presently taking human mixture 15 units in day time before breakfast and Taking Glimipride 2 MG before dinner. Now Can I follow your banana method? Some how I am OK but soon after breakfast reading jumps to high and if I am late to take lunch,some time becomes Hypoglycemia. My breakfast time ..10 Am Lunch time......... 1 .30 pm Dinner time is 9 Pm Sleeping time 10 pm Getting up time 5 Am

You have too much gap between lunch and dinner. You eat dinner 9 pm and sleep at 10 pm. This is no no. Very Bad habits. Also your breakfast is late being diabetic. Should eat Your breakfast around 8 am. Lunch around 12-1pm. Light snack around 3 pm, but can be avoided. Your dinner shall be between 6-7 pm, then walk about a mile and then go to bed at 10 pm. This is my recommendation.
check your blood sugar in 30 min and then 1 hours mark and tell me what happens. No one should be eating 4 bananas at one time. ..Banana has lots of fructose but it also contains lots of glucose.
