    感恩!提供我們糖尿病患該注意的資訊。 我看過幾個新陳代謝科醫師的視頻有說,糖尿病患每天吃2 -3個雞蛋,不會有膽固醇問題。 還能平穩血糖之作用。 醫師們來強調經過最近報告,雞蛋裡的膽固醇不會直接被肝臟吸收轉換成壞膽固醇。
