How did I miss this video coming out!? 😮‍💨 I was just hunting though all my subscriptions and found this..... Was this video uploaded, and then taken down and re-uploaded? 🤔 Well regardless, I am glad I found it!!😁 Thank you for the shout-out; we always love your videos and will encourage you always. Your story is amazing, and it would be a shame if you didn't share it anymore. When you said you were "old now" I had to laugh; you are actually still young enough for some of us to be your mom and dad (well, maybe just your dad)! 😅 It is sad that you were diagnosed with diabetes; but we are so glad you found out now instead of later. So thankful that you went in when you did, and that you were given a chance to reverse your situation. *Wow, 10kg (22 pounds) is amazing, great job!!* 😲🤩🤩 Thank you for sharing your "my treadmill is smoking" story... so brave and open of you to share that with us. So glad you can look back on that with a chuckle.🤗 So glad you are focused on your health and fitness journey. Too many Polynesians have diabetes and heart disease; we are so proud of you and look forward to you continuing your story to recover with us all! We look forward to the day when you are not on the medication anymore. If anyone can do it; *we KNOW YOU CAN!* 🥰🥰 After how great you did with your finances and becoming debt free over time; you will overcome this as well. With the support of your family, and God's love, we know there is nothing that you can't do! 😍😍 Much love always, Faamanuia le Atua! 🙏🏼❤ PS loved the clips at the end. You are motivating me to start walking again already!!! 💕

Hey sis sorry thanks for sharing this, it is unfortunate that alot of poly people do get diagnosed with diabetes around this age or earlier. My husband found out quite a while back i think around 10/11yrs ago. He was only in his 30s then. But also because he was also weak with looking after himself in the sugar department. Also overweight. Only jst recently, he has started to try abit harder because he went into hospital last month for a cyst removal due to high blood sugar not looking after himself. So thats why im trying really hard to choose healthy not only for him but for myself too lol. With will power we can all make improvements to our body system sis👍. Good on you for making a start. Because starting is the hardest part. Exactly right sis, its not gna happen overnight but eventually it will😊. Looking forward to riding the wave with you on your health journey sis. Together we can do this👍. A little tip for rice sis, the healthy one for diabetics is Basmati rice. Thats what dietician advise to my husband. One of my videos has a diabetic meal plan given to my husband at the hospital, its not a diet but has healthy choices to choose from for Breakfast Lunch Dinner and Snacks. I lost 12kg already from starting it. No gym. Just being active for at least 30min everyday the dietician said. So my exercise is when i go to work😊. But yeah if you want, its on my video titled “Thanks for 200+ . Sorry for the long comment lol but i wish you well on your journey sis alofa tele atu Godbless sis🙏🤍🌹.
