Assalamualaikum Dr Waseem,Azulix 1MF and Istamet both are Diabetes medicine Azulix decreases the glucose level but Istamet helps to secrete insulin inturn glucose level maintained in body but my concern is Istamet makes insulin to come out of body but diabetic patient has less insulin in their body so for long term use of Istamet may leads to empty or exhaust all the insulin from body and person has to depend on external insulin.Please clear my doubt
