    सर मे सांस रोखकर मंत्र उच्चारता हू.. 6,7 मंत्र तक सांस लेता नाही हू।। आज कूच सामय बाद पीठ मे बिजली जा रही ठी शर्ट के अंदर से अचानक जैसे उपर मान तक चल राहा था.. और सर के उपरी हिस्से मे गोल गोल आकाश गंगा जैसे कलर घुम राहे थे.. उसके बाद मेने और सांस पेट से लेना धिरे धिरे किया.. क्या ये ठीक था जबमे मंदिर से बाहर आके बएठा तब कमर से नीचे पैर नही हे और आखे घुम राही thi थोडा थोडा
