1-Peach Cake
Ingredients:
3 large eggs room temp
1 cup granulated sugar + 1 tbsp. for topping
3/4 cup oil
1/2 cup plain whole milk yogurt( thick)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 3/4cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 tsp Baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
I used canned peaches in JUICE.
Add 1/4 cup of juice from the can.
And pat dry fruit with kitchen towel.
✅Preheat oven at 350 F
Use oven safe baking dish lined with parchment paper .
Bake for about 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out with tiny crumbs.
Let it cool in the pan for about 20 minutes. Carefully transfer cake to a serving plate.
Serve plain or with ice cream.
Enjoy!

Matti ki handi ko pehley yeh karen k geeli matti ka pastr sa bana lain or usko mati ki handi ke nechey coat kar dain or phir isko cooking purpose ke liye use kar saktey or bohat hi zaberdast videos hoti apki or peach cake ki must recipes dain or chano ki toh koi authentic recipe nahi yahan kisi k pass toh lazmi de mujhe khud chahiye...
