The cup is half empty for you and half full for me. Different thoughts. Both completely understandable. India won a total of 4 icc championships - 1983,2007,2011,2013 ( i chose not to include asia cups for obvious reasons) and dhoni captained 3 of those with three completely different squads and experience of players.
