There are many rajma recipes out there I’ve tried them all but your recipe is just another level compared to all other KZread recipes I’ve tried cooking shooking , kabita’s kitchen, chef ranveer, Sanjeev kapoor, Nisha madhulika. But your recipe is just amazing 💯

In Jammu rajma ,s special variety is used which is dark red in colour and price is 250 rupees per kg approx. Varies with time to time. After preparation desi ghee is used in it to enhance the taste.

Hello chef. Thanks for sharing all ur recipes. It's easy to cook and thanks to you I am able to open a small Indian restaurant in SE Asia and its working well. I have a question it's hard to find Dhaniya here and even when it's available it's too expensive. Can you please suggest hat could be replacement for fresh dhaniya? Or some extra tips how to enhance flavor of dhaniya using lesser quantity? Thanks again from your biggest fan and student.
