Ingredients for recipe
Sprouts ( Green moong) 250 gram Soaked for 8hours or overnight and give a boil on cooker for 4 to 5 whistles and add half tsp Salt and turmeric
Give 50 ml of mustard oil when the hoil is heat add 1 tsp of Cumin seeds , 1 bayleaf and add some whole spices like 2 cardamom, 1 cinnamon stick , 3 cloves , 4 peppercorns and give 3 finely chopped onion and fry the onion when it turns golden brown and add 1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste saute well after that give 2 finely chopped tomato , after adding tomato add 1tsp of salt according to taste because I add half tsp of salt while boiling the sprouts on cooker then add 1tsp of coriander powder, 1tablespoon of Kashmiri mirch powder, 1/4 tsp cumin powder , half tsp turmeric and fry them well until the oil separates , after the masala fried well then give the boies sprouts and give some water according to ur gravy thickness,when the curry is properly cooked add 1 tsp of roasted Fenugreek leaves and half tsp of garam masala and the green moong (sprouts) tadka is ready
Serve with Roti , Puri , tandoori roti etc ...
