Ingredients:
For Kadhi
500grm (2½ cup or ½ kg) curd
5 tbsp gram flour
3 green chillies
7-8 garlic buds
1 tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1¼ litres of water
1 spoonful of mustard oil
½ tsp Fenugreek seeds
½ tsp mustard seeds
¼ tsp asafoetida
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp coriander seeds
4-5 dry red chillies
1 large sized onion
2 tbsp chopped ginger
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dry Fenugreek leaves
For Fritters
1 medium sized potato
3 green chillies
4-5 garlic buds
1 medium sized onion
In a cup of gram flour
½ tsp crushed coriander
½ tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
½ cup chopped coriander
½ tsp red chilli powder
¼ tsp baking soda
oil for frying
For Tadka
1 tbsp clarified butter or oil
1 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
garnish with chopped coriander

If you put a small bowl or cup in the middle of the cooking pan when curry is boiling then you don't need to stir it all the time. By doing this the curry will not over flow from the cooking pan. It's science.

Aluminium ke bartan mein kabhi bhi kadhi nahi banani chahiye.
