Ginger garlic paste - 1tbsp
Saute - 1 small onion and capsicum
Jeera- 1tsp
Bayleaf - 1
Haldi - 1/2tsp
Dhaniya powder - 1tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 1/2tsp
Salt - to taste
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Kasuri methi - 1tsp
Besan - 1 tbsp roasted
Cream /malai - 2tbsp
For Dry Roasted Masala: use only half
Sabit dhaniya - 1tbsp
Sabit red chilli - 2
Jeera - 1/2tsp
Black pepper - 5-6
Laung - 3
Cinnamon stick - 1inch
Elaichi - 1
