Obviously its Miami DOWNTOWN Not American Suburbs there r countless, of all types of towns & suburbs & options to choose to live in USA, I mean its like U saying even MANHATTAN doesn’t have such a peaceful environment, Does it makes any sense..@ least try comparing to Boca or Palm beach neighborhoods to make some reasonable comparison..
