Yeah. You said about the 1st pipe at the beginning of the level "about what's yet to come." It's a pipe that takes you back to the beginning of the level.

Oh my goodness, I just came from Carl’s video that was posted 2 weeks ago where he interviews Potato about his latest troll level, and it’s amazing to hear how deep his voice is now. He started making these trolls so young! A troll making virtuoso. I laughed my ass off at Potatochan’s Last Encounter by the way. I hope you are able to keep making more levels in the future.

The goal in the smb3 style is a box with a power-up inside which rapidly changes between a mushroom, a flower, and a star. You can see the goal below as the screen scrolls. This was a fake goal, created by placing a track around a mushroom

Tyler Le Turtle it didn't stay still. As you can see, it drops before Dave even gets to it. It stays in the air for like a split second though
