When I was a young kid I use to recite this menlom sitting on the lap of my granny. Thanx for that moment as of now am old enough to recite these prayers for the we'll being of all beings, peace on the planet n give continue to the impermanence nature of cycle of all the existence. Bhavatu Sabba mangalam. !
