@@sheandmeandtravel We need to check the security group (AWS) / NIC (Azure) - inbound and outbound rules to access the app through a local machine. Plus the ports should be open in the firewall of the VM/Machine where JFrog is hosted.

Boss Sonarqube is open source. U also have paid version if u want. He's correct

@@LogicOpsLab but u still can install and bring up sonarqube in ec2 machine. And do some little tests. If un your logic then jenkins is not open source too. Since it has paid version cloubees with more features and support. Terraform would be the same

Not all the answers are correct. My main purpose it to provide you the environment, the questions, and the feel of a real interview. You can note down the questions. This way you can also search and this will develop the habit of searching answers. It is good in the longer run.

Based on the question you asked, when I tried to access Jfrog from my local machine, it didn't allow me to connect to the server. I thought I might need to change the security group rule. If I'm mistaken, please correct me

yes you will have to add a rule in security group to expose port 8081. 14:28 ip is public but security group rules might be limiting the traffic to specific ports only

I believe, exposing the port from SG is the correct answer that you required for hosting that application to the public domain in aws And if that application was hosted on onprem then we require web hosting application like nginx for hosting the jfrog application from local to public. Please correct me if my answer was wrong
