When Devon was born, the doctor said "Congratulations, it's a metronome!"

@@dah_veed01 He didn't say "Congratulations, it's a boy". That doctor witnessed the birth of a human metronome and he immediately knew it and rejoiced in astonishment, excitement, and celebration.
I love the fact that he's still successful beyond never winning the GC drumoff. #STRONG #GRIND

wow.....just wow, Devon ur amazing bro and ur chops are so fast and clean ...imma cry lol :)
mood booster
I love he play
This is dope! For all talking about the song; it's about the drumming behind the track, not the song itself! Any drummer should learn to just play through a song, whether they don't like it or not! Causes one to become more creative. #MyOpinion Good shit Devon!!!!
awesome man keep going!

@@aaroncook7369 that’s definitely not how the industry works nowadays lol pocket is cool but patterns and spot playing is what the artist want they want the excitement of a band if not they wouldn’t use one.

its actually not as hard as it seems, it's just hard to make out exactly what he's playing because of the compression and tuning of his drums

put youtube at 0.5 or 0.25 speed and listen, take 4 notes at a time and tried to get it completely memorized... Then play it over and over again with increased speed and BOOM there you go :D

hey quick question the fill that starts at 3:26, are you doing thirty second notes on your kick and accenting on cymbals and toms? Are you doing double on the kick while doing tom fills? How would you break that lick down?

While I know everyone is entitled to their own opinion, please consider some of what might be going on: I do not believe this video showcases the depth of his playing abilities; What it is like to play a track for the artist, not yourself; and finally, any lick on KZread is up for grabs. Just a few thoughts. Great drummer! I wish him the best on all his future endeavors!
