Yeah he may be a bity douchey but he's as legit as they get as long as Ongarbaev is having whatever is wrong with him lately or if Devon can't somehow retain a minimum of 80-90 percent of his strength at this division which is questionable, then Dadikyan ain't gonna be losing to anyone anytime soon ya know. And heck even if Ongarbaev was in prime health and condition he still would likely lose to him right now. And I just dont think Devon is gonna retain as much power at this lower weight as he did at super but hopefully.

Devon is such a class embassador. He always tries to dive into the athlete's history so that the audience can know them better. Really brings their personality out of the shell. He did that at the challenger series when Travis was trying to rush things but Devon was determined to ask deeper questions from the athletes. I think he should do more of this hosting and promo stuff. Super helpful for the fans to connect with other not so "charismatic" and popular atheletes.

Devon: so you're Armenian and currently training in Moscow, where many legends come from, armwrestling is truly spread out throughout the world, what is your view overall on the currents of recent events and your progress as a whole??? Ray's russian translation to Dadykan: so how is it going in Moscow bro? 😂😂😂

No, it's not true, the translation was surprisingly good. It's obvious that the guy on the right is not a russian native speaker (at least he does not sound like one at times) and his conversational Russian is a bit rusty but he's still quite good at understanding what's being said in Russian. Moreover, he doesn't make up things but is saying what David has really just told him. Russian athletes should use him as an interpreter instead of the guys who can barely string a few words together and make russian speaking armwrestlers look dumb and uneducated.

I like all the athletes at East vs West. All seemingly solid guys and ladies, and entertaining too. But, just never like Dadikyan. A bit too Neanderthal and a hot head. I think if someone had to vote for the highest likelihood of an Armwrestler getting into a fight at the table - Dadikyan would have to win that one hands down. Devon second lol.
