Спорт
Devon gets philosophical in this 3rd instalment of the Australian Seminar relating his armwrestling training to all aspects of life and discussing his concepts of proximity and how you want to get intimately close to your opponent to do the most damage.

Ok most technical video I’ve seen so far
For inside, be close. For outside, bring the person toward you. 👍🏼

it'd be interesting to know what his Squat bench deadlift total is.... i know it won't matter in his sport but nevertheless, i am still curious. i suddenly have interest in this sport lol

i heard him once said thst his max bench was 360lb at his best when he was in army and needed general strength for missions
@lmc3307
2 жыл бұрын
I know he’s benched 360lb and I’m sure he said he’s squatted 315lb and deadlifted 400+. Strong for general life and he’s so specialised which makes it impressive that he retains that lower body strength whilst not training
very nice philosophy
I went to this but got chucked out for being way too good, beating Devon over and over until he begged me to leave.

So when my opponent appears to be pressing, I counter with elevating the post of my hand, thus putting pressure on their pinky?

He could make this a lot more simple, if he tried. With sequencing. This is muddy. Travis is a great teacher on grip strength, btw. very clear. Devon needs to walk it through step by step more. Also, show clips from real matches.
