Sleep more and take a break from exerting yourself in the way that produces pain. Give that area time to recover and you'll experience less pain.
To be fair he has only been totally committed for a year. His growth is phenomenal. It's truly phenomenal.
If the whisper can get that hook set in it’ll be a long match for Auden

The problem I have with Devon always saying "he's been around it"...being "around" something is VERY different to actually "DOING" it!

His kids done it since he was like 6 tho he's competed alot in the Jr divisions too it's not like he just got into arm wrestling

@@pippimaximyou’re just looking for a reason to be critical Yes, obviously it’s not the same thing as if he was to have been fully training since like 6 years old. But, he’s still miles ahead of anyone else who hasn’t been watching, pulling, discussing, theorizing, etc about ArmWrestling for the last 15 years, and those who don’t have a Father / coach / mentor thats one of the best ArmWrestlers in history

Dude. His kid can train against one of the top guys in the world and get all the inside info because it's his dad!
The real question is: as a father are you happy your kid is jumping on PEDs? To be successful in that world i think there is no other possibility. It must be a difficult choice.
