Way to go, that is fish whacking at it's best, Devils don't disappoint. Glad you figured them out, post spawn they roam very often. Use the Navionics chart viewer to find those drop offs and flats, you will clock them all day. Always wonder how one spot catches more than others, there are more spots like that just have to do your homework. Your doing great, them are some tasty fish, fry or soup it up! I was there on business in Grand Forks, the white guys I know that fish that lake do not eat them, they only go for wallys.

Devils lake will look like the rest of the northern lakes soon,,, fished out.

There’s a gas station called Arco just past the rest area heading into devils lake or if you’re in devils lake, you can go to Ed’s bait shop
