The L type and an RB at full send are just amazing sounding motors!

I'm holding on to my 76! I put a little money in it hear or there, whenever I have money. I've done springs, bushings full exhaust, intake, new injectors, crank angle sensor, coil on plug ignition, oil pump upgrade, fuel pump upgrade, break upgrades, new engine harness and an ECU Just a little more and she'll be perfect =) It is a fun car to drive. And I do have working original air-conditioning. Owning one is an experience.

I know this is a cliché but they don't make 'em like they used to. I think it's a shame Nissan abandoned the long nose proportions of the original Z. Cars like the E Type; 2000GT and 240Z are beautiful, it would have been fantastic if the Z35 had gone back to such a design. With that said, I thought you guys overdid with the three channel recommendation boxes on the onboard footage of the 240Z. It got distracting after a while and I just wanted it to go away. Thanks a lot for making an English channel for those of us who don't speak Japanese, we appreciate it!

Tsuchiya San, you are right, i would really love to see more of classic cars like this nd also from the golden era like the 90's.. Since you drove a jzx100 chaser in the jtcc series, it would be cool to see you reunite with the chaser, an Episode, dedicated to the jzx would be awesome.. Also thank you for making this channel possible.

It sounds sooooo good. A 240Z and a C10 definitely are two cars in my perfect garage.

Tsuchiya-san truly is one fine man of culture. Mad respect. Usually, there are die hard fans of either two factions: drift or grip. But he has so much respect for both it’s so cool.

Excellent video (and the rest of the manual and classic cars videos). Some channels try to be fancy, but I like your simple approach much better. Sharing your thoughts and passion with us simply, and helping everyone appreciate how great all these cars are is more than enough. Mr Tsuchiya, it's so good to see you and guests taking turns to drive the manuals, and giving comments along the way. Love to see more videos on manual cars.

370z NISMO overheats because oil cooler is insufficient even in 2021 model. They didn't mention. But 1 overheated even on best motoring. It is a disgrace that nissan could not solve overheating from 2009 to 2021.

I rescued a 1976 280z 2+2 out of a junkyard back in 2019 been daily driving it for the last 2 years. Love the L28 and really everything about the car except the rust issues they had. Luckily mine isn't sever and even still has floor pans. Mr. K definitely designed a icon of a car. The S30/GS30 Z will forever be my favorite cars.

i've learnt to appreciate the older designs of lots of car companies like nissan, i may be only 14 but im 2 years away from getting a drivers liscence and i have to say its quite a shame to see such creative and bold design choices like the good old fairlady z being thrown away in favour of simply being in the market and beign caught up with modern designs. But I still hope that one day they'll bring back a new nissan inspired off of the fairlady z

It's funny that everytime they put a 370Z on these tsuchiya hosted videos its always a bonestock example. Z33s and Z34s even the nismo versions lack a real LSD , oil cooler , and the factory tuning is another performance crutch from the factory.

I know in the 90s and 2000s in japan there were a lot of car fans but it seems like nowadays not many japanese teenagers and adolescents are interested in cars and such. thats just a guess though.

Funny they mentioned the hop/unstableness lol Over time I’ve noticed in my opinion the Nismo 370 seems better suited on the track Better on nice smooth roads but the non-nismo 370 suspension is less stiff/aggressive than the nismo, better than the street where u have to deal with uneveness/bumps/potholes/old ass roads etc. probably slower on the track but rides so much nicer on the street & less costly on top of that. Also 370 isn’t the best track car in The world anyways with the overheating issues they sometimes develop & low hp, putting 40k nismo in a weird place lol.
