I believe Mr LORDI himself once said in an interview it would take about 3-4 hours. Also, the costumes themselves? Handmade by said Mr LORDI himself and his wife.

I think it depends on each member. Mr. Lordi said it would take him 3-4 hours while Hella said she could make it in 10 minutes if needed to.
