I often times want to ask things like “but how exactly do I do this?” Or “why does this happen?” - maybe personal examples would help me to grasp things easier.

Heartfelt gratitude for making these greatly informative podcasts❤. They answer so many of my own questions. One burning Question that I am harbouring from quite a few years now: I feel a lot of energy in the area starting from my perineum to my navel region, which gains up pace before my periods and builds a strong desire to release the sexual energy. Otherwise, I am aware of that pulsating energy from my root to navel all the time. I also have a tendency to suffer from severe bloating and acidity every now and then. I wonder if all that is related and what to do about it to advance more in spirituality?

I have been a lil mopey .. I think it’s her telling people like me get out of this mode! I love her … can you make a series of some of her stories .. book recommendations especially for those who can’t read Sanskrit.

1) Guruji mentioned he read Devi bhagwatam and that gave him a clear understanding of himself. If someone has no guru can they still read bhagwatam and get some understanding, or would it be counter productive, as in one might misunderstand concepts? Given a lot of the concepts in it are not straightforward. 2) How can one increase their energy field after fixing the leaks? How can one cross the river between sthoola and sukshma.

1) Guruji has said that you can read it however, the insights will not be as a Guru can share. But it’s possible to learn something still from her story. 2) regarding this, it’s with Grace from Devi that one can detect subtle energy (sukshma) from gross (sthoola)

Is it important to orgasm when you don't know yourself yet? In order to maintain virya? Coz woman's sexuality is not like men, there is nothing to get aroused about unless you are in love. So how does a lone woman deal with her sexual energy?
