Sounds like he’s got a good head on his shoulders! Figure looks bright for him and the Flames.

I like his ambition to challenge the defensemen ahead of him for a spot. He carries himself well and should be a great ambassador for the game.

I get Iggy vibes from this kid, the composure during questioning, and the smirk/smile reminds me of Iggy. We might have a good player on our hands.

The kid has a great personality he’s confident not cocky and I like that he throws in the odd joke and isn’t afraid to be himself. I really hope he does well

Super smart young man. Hopefully he can get a better geasp on the defensive side of the game, but man his offensive instincts and edgework are amazing.

He's got the great potential of any prospect his age since Phaneuf. He has a brain unlike Dion. I don't see the EGO either. For a guy to accomplish what he has done He mentions Makar , Fox and Hughes and says they are the deception kings which he models his game after....and he's a competitor to boot. He knows he has to refine his game further. Everything just goes straight up for him. Welcome Zayne and yes ....damn you look good in those colors . One tip. Get on the ice with Coach Fujita and pick up the pace because your just a little slow for the NHL . That will rapidly change for you kid....I see nothing but positives for you and the other guy you finished just ahead of in Bruce....man thr Flames hit a Monster home run this year....Zayne could have been the 3rd overall 1st rd pick

Zayne could 💯 be on the Flames next year but no rush.. If he absolutely kills it then give him his 10 games and if from thete jes that good then Flames have a serious decision to make.. Zayne is a stud and will be a huge huge part of our rebuild

@@CLo-ly1ic if this team wants a serious rebuild they are better off being as bad as possible this year to get another even higher draft pick. We have never picked higher than 4th, we need to if we want tor build this team the right way. Don’t put zayne on this team. Let him spend another year in juniors while this team does their thing this year and hopefully loses a lot.
