It’s a choice to watch videos that will help or harm you! My feed has positive videos, videos that help my growth and spirituality! That bring me joy! It took six months of scrolling through bullshit to get my feed like this but now it’s the way I want!!! Love this man!

Start doing a hobby that is social like team sports. I started to play chess, and found new friends at age 40. It will take effort from your part, start learning about small talk skills and practise in real life ( not online). You can do it!

This is really true. A lot of people no longer have a mental barometer of reality because of exposing themselves too much to so many opinions online. They end up with no real sense of who they are or where they are headed.

I remember the thousands of self help psychology books that started hitting the market in the 1970's. I also remember Tony Robbins and his seminars....to my knowledge, none of these books or Tony Robbins actually helped anyone....it was psychological nonsense. This guy reminds me of those self help books. He wants you to rise above the noise and reach your dreams. It all sounds so wonderful until you realize that life doesn't work that way.

VERY VERY few people know the things he outlined. Most people LIVE for the approval of others. Why is he speaking like know what YOU want is the default. Our default is to look to go along to get along and we're always looking to see what others are saying and doing so we can fit in.
