@AngieDoctor You left out avoid the "three white poisons" salt, sugar and flower. Exercise 30 minutes a day and sleep for 7-8 hours. Thank you very much. :)

Keep chemicals off and out of you're body,hair,mouth,clothes,stomach and etc....and eat super foods. And study the ancients. We lost some important healthy things over time.

Dear Mr Tracy would you mind sharing your daily timetable please? All you share is very motivational but when I work earlier and leave later, do exercise, read and try to be an early riser, I can never seem to sleep for 8 hours. Or if I sleep for 8 hours I cannot rise early....

my grandfather never when to a Doctor in his life live to be 98 years old. ate 3 meal a day smoke a pipe in his latter all day long. never seen him or heard him say he was in pain he was happy and pain free. he ate 3 small meal a day.

You mention 610 muscles in one of your books that I read, and in this video, but I was told by a medical student that there are 639 muscles in the human body. Turns out, she was right, according to what I read on wikipedia. Great video as always otherwise!

When my herpes started interfering with my daily life. And my lips always bother me every damn day.
