2021 was very hard for me my Mother passed away and after 4 months my Day followed. But God is so so good. He gave us strength, comfort, hope , joy and blessings in the midst hardship . Glory , honour , praises be upon to our God Jesus Christ 🙏.

same with me, I also realize the importance of habits, discipline, responsibility and purpose are all tied to each other. let me add my realizations and i hope It will help you, a note that It’s hard to change your habits if you never change the underlying beliefs that led to your past behavior. You have a new goal and a new plan, but you haven’t changed who you are. you set goals and determine the actions they should take to achieve those goals without considering the beliefs that drive their actions. They never shift the way they look at themselves, and they don’t realize that their old identity can sabotage their new plans for change. The purpose is not Just to avoid sin, but it is because you are a Christian...

Do not overestimate the power of the will and underestimate the effects of habits especially as a Christian... Walang basic na panalangin practice until you become mature in praying, also: "For we do not know how we ought to pray, but the Spirit Himself intercedes for us with groans too deep for words. 27And He who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for the saints according to the will of God." (Romans 8:27-28)
