82साल का हूं, बचपन से ही देव साहब की फिल्में देखता आ रहा हूं। उनके बालों स्टाइल उस जमाने में बहुत चला था, गाइड़ में अन्तिम समय में कहे गए डाइलोग और अभिनय का क्या कहना। गाना दिन ढल जाए पर रात न जाए श्रेष्ठ लगा।

Dve sahib is evergreen star. I am a very big fan of Dve sahib Aanada.Guid film is one of the greatest films.I like his personality nd eversmiling face.👌👍🙏

Dev Anand was the only most handsome and well mannered as well as highly educated personality of Indian cinema. His countenance was so beautiful during his middle age that no one is equal to him in comparison to even today’s Indian actors. His sartorial styles, body language and gestures during acting was unique and beyond comparable with others . He was really a gentleman. In my view, apart from “guide” “ kalapani”” Hum Dono” “ Amar Deep” “Jali note”etc. the film “Manjil” is the best for his acting .

O bhai....Gurdaspur is still a part of India, not Pakistan as you said. Yeah...Dev Anand born in Shakargarh Tehsil of Distt Gurdaspur, Punjab, British India. But during partition, Shakargarh Tehsil was allocated to Pakistan in 1947.

सुरैया की नानी देव साहब से शादी के लिए मान गईं थीं। लेकिन दिलीप कुमार भी सुरैया से शादी करना चाहता था। उसने अपने दो चमचों नौशाद और महबूब खान को सुरैया की नानी के पास भेजा। नौशाद बहुत कम्यूनल था। इन्होंने नानी को समझाया कि एक हिंदू के साथ शादी देने से मुस्लिम समाज में बुरा असर होगा, तो वे बदल गईं। लेकिन सुरैया देव के अलावा किसी से शादी करना नहीं चाहती थी, उम्र भर कुंवारी रही। इसके चलते देव और दिलीप में हमेशा के लिए दुश्मनी हो गई। देव साहब ने जेमिनी की फिल्म इंसानियत में काम किया था। उसमें एक मूंछ लगाया था जो उनपर अच्छी नहीं लग रही थी। इससे वे इतना चिढ़े कि फिर किसी साउथ की फिल्म में काम नहीं किया।
