when it goes downhill then the body doesn't move it goes bent like terrain, it doesn't matter then? is it made so that it can go bent when it goes down or only the processing of wheat goes slower?

rye or wheat , but i guess that thing can harvest anything a normal harvester can ,only that it is spezialised for steep areas ,as far as i understand dosnt work the seaves very well in a high angle ,thats why it has all the hydraulics to level it

If the front of the combine is facing up a very steep incline , then the sieves are at the wrong angle and the grain will just come out the back ,

@@Will-be-free I would presume it's because the waste goes out the back. When going downhill, the straw and grain has to go 'uphill' to get out of the machine, meaning it takes more time to get through and that is almost beneficial as the grain has a bit more time to be shaken off, although everything will be set up for optimal separation when level, so the extra time wouldn't really be needed, but it doesn't make things worse so it isn't designed around, whereas going uphill everything would be getting to the back quicker, so you'd be losing grain. I also think that going across a hill everything would go to one side and the 'bunching' would prevent all the grain being separated and therefore see grain being lost, making tilting sideways beneficial too. I don't have any experience with these combines at all, but I've seen round balers have issues on our land when baling across a hill. The silage can end up going to one side of the baler and create lob-sided bales, one end will have a bigger diameter than the other if it picks up too much in the same direction, right side down hill for example.

Normally, the automatic leveling would be switched on and the machine hydraulics would automatically adjust the machine when its sensors detect that it is about 1-2 degrees out of level. During harvesting, the farmer has to concentrate on doing a good job of harvesting and doesn't really have time to manually level the machine too. But the operator can also over-ride the hydraulics to manually tip or level the machine too. He may need to do this to put the unloading auger closer to the truck when unloading or perhaps to avoid some sort of obstacle.

Not really it’s small. In the us we have 30-40 foot heads. I don’t thing that combine could handle it. Deere does make a side hill combine but that’s a steep hill.
