I was wrong, the anthem was created in 1841 by Hoffmann von Fallersleben and was adopted in 1922 by the Weimar Republic as the national anthem@@chirilafilip3212

I find the footage manipulates the song. Obviously, during the 3rd Reich, everything in German national consciousness was misused for propaganda and for the legitimization of the regime!
