The Avengers game's performance may have forced Square to continue dev of the next deus ex. Don't want the next chapter of jensen to be like half life 3. Im betting like 5 years from now at most we will get the next one.

Unfortunately the Soundtrack of Mankind Divided disappointed me a little. While I certainly do not love every piece of music from the Original Deus Ex and/or Human Revolution I find a lot of almost iconic tracks on both (e.g. UNATCO, Hong Kong Streets // Icarus, And Away We Go, Henghsa-Jewel of the Orient, LIMB Clinic ...) I don't find similar pieces in Mankind Divided. Don't get me wrong - I am not saying the Soundtrack of "Mankind Divided" is bad. It works with what I see while playing, but it does not lift my heart, makes my blood pulse behind my temples, or "drags" me into the world immediately again.

This main menu theme instantly made me realise that when i finish this game, it’s gonna hit me like a truck, like Human Revolution did. I loved Jensen’s character and story, I wish they continued this series.

The greatest most underappreciated ost of all time.

I fuckin' knew it! When they played this song on the Collectors Edition unboxing, I just KNEW it was going to be the menu music!

Man the chills, a masterpiece of a theme for an underrated game.

Are you kidding me? You are now officially an Honored Guest if you ever set foot in my country (Argentina). I was always impressed by Alexander Brandon and Michiel van den Bos. I love Deus Ex soundtrack, Michael McCann and sonic mayhem made very unique music

I love this theme it reminds me of Invisible War for some reason

Really really really hoping they use this again for the third game. The theme in human revolution is good, this is better, let's see if they can improve it even more in the third game.

I love hard, aggressive synth as much as a next guy. But this? This is imo what makes true cyberpunk. Cold cybernetic loneliness. Gosh please make the 3rd game happen while I am still alive.

This is my first game from the deus ex franchise that i've started playing and i was just standing there, in the main menu listening to this before jumping into the action

I get chills every time I hear Rachel say "do you like your owl"

I've been in love with this track since the game was released. Countless hours just sat in the menu listening. I used this track as a relaxation background before my day as best man at a friend's wedding. The haunting atmosphere is captivating and addicting.

The perfect soundtrack really amplifies the experience. One of the biggest factors that made HR and MD so great is the soundtrack.

I just started playing this game today thanks to this soundtrack. Both are equally fantastic and the game so far is one of the best games I've played in a long time

Its incredible how perfect the Deus Ex soundtrack was for the game.

If you go back to HR, that was dark and the music was atmospheric. Mankind Divided, the headline itselfs sums it nicely but its getting darker, can't imagine what hell the next Deus Ex will be. Adam's experience of humanity well put through the music, that apartment in HR and now in MK, sad and so tragic.

The end of MD sets up another direct sequel. I wouldn't be surprised if we get one final game in the "Human Revolution" trilogy (dealing with the formation of the NSF and the collapse of society) before they jump into a remake of the original. I also won't be surprised if they do a true sequel 10 years down the road.

the reason for such a huge gap between HR and MD was that Eidos had to develop a new game engine alongside MD. Now that the Dawn engine is finished, sequels will probably come much faster.

***** That's not what I mean. Warning: heavy spoilers and wild speculation. I mean, the Jensen that destroyed Panchaea (HR Jensen) is dead. He was in freezing water for 7 days before Beth DuClare fished him out. I think they cloned him (in area 51, or the moon? Samizdat hints at a Moon base where cloning experiments are being done) and gave him new augmentations in the GARM facility, which explains why Alaskan doctors couldn't trace his augs back to Sarif - they weren't his original augs. They gave clone Jensen false memories (hinted at by Delara when shen speaks to Lucius DeBeers, she says his "memories are still consistent with the program". Then they inserted him in TF29, knowing fully well he would try to pursue them (the Illuminati) with help of Janus. In reality, the Illuminati are using Jensen 2.0 (remember the trailer name?) to get close to Janus and eliminate him (DeBeers in the opening cutscene: "Janus won't be a problem. I have made arrangements"). And I wouldn't be surprised if Janus is actually a tool of Bob Page, trying to use Jensen to undermine the Illuminati in preparation MJ12's eventual takeover. This would mean that poor Jensen is a tool - caught in between the power struggle between the Illuminati, and Page's MJ12. Setting the stage for the original games.

I imagined the clone scenario but not at all in that way, and it's even more amazing now. Good job ! I've been reading Black Light (the novel that was out same day as MD) and the beginning is taking place in Alaska, and Jensen is being told that he was in a coma for a long time, but lots of things are still really blury. It's depressing but could really be true. I'm pretty sure Janus is an IA, just like Eliza, and that he's been emancipated just like the "hidden" version of Eliza, thus sounding and reasoning in a more human way. So yeah, Janus being a tool of Page sounds pretty accurate too.

Cant wait for the year 2029 perhaps iam a aug to☺

I have hopes that they intent to make another Deus Ex Game,they keep the game's social media somewhat active and the demand is growing with each day, now that Cyberpunk 2077 is out and it turned out to be less than what it as hyped up to be, and the new gen consoles out, this is a perfect opportunity to take and show everyone how it's done.

I could listen to this soundtrack all day. Actually, I have. I like to play it at work. :) Can't believe this game isn't appreciated more. I know HR was great, but why does no one ever mention the giant improvement in voice quality for this game? Compared to HR, in this one you can hear so much emotional nuance in Adam's voice. Listening to him talk is a pleasure!

Yeah, do that, Human Revolution is a Masterpiece and not to be missed. And so is Mankind Divided. Also, HR is a reboot of the franchise so you're doing everything right, since Square Enix will definately continue the series.

The AD declared it was designed for sequels, so the universe and game will follow up. I can't say if it's really a reboot? All I know is - and nobody can argue that - they know how to make that serie and they can take the time they want to make it.

This song gives me more Mass Effect vibes than the whole Andromeda soundtrack

Say what you will about this game, but one thing you can't deny is that the soundtrack is god-like

Did you know, in Human revolution, the music that plays during the first cutscene with Illuminati talking, is completely unavailable?

If you listen closely, you can hear "Do you like our owl?" a couple times in this track, and again in the track for Adam's Safehouse. References a scene from Blade Runner, where a character is testing to see if the protagonist is a "replicant." Interesting tidbit, especially given that the guy who wrote the Deus Ex soundtrack is the same guy who wrote the Blade Runner soundtrack.

This game felt like cut in half, the argument has a tremendous power, but it's just too short, I don't mean by that just the amount of hours, you don't need a +200 hs game, but more the fact of how is managed through the hole campaign, they definitely run out of money, time, or were too ambitious, the thing is, the game just ends from the nothing!!!! It is the first time I feel something like this with a game, I've played a lot of games shorted in both time and answers of the trama, but this? I'm not angry(I should've) instead I'm just perplexed, I don't know that the f... Happened with a lot of plots in the trama, this is not a way of finishing a game with such prestige, I'm really disappointed because is shines by itself in everything else(I just finished the game for the first and unfortunately last time)

MD is a bit of a disappointment compared to HR, but I still enjoyed it for what it was. I wish they would work on the third game of the Jensen saga already but they are too busy working on a pointless Avengers title and another game for the overrated Tomb Raider series.

Jared _ These new three are all I got at the moment though, sorry. I got 6 more but they are all trailer themes (And mostly not done by McCann, so... just not that awesome). Stay tuned for more from the actual game itself, it's one hell of a lot of work to get it all out. Also, McCann releases the soundtrack on September 30th, will see what's on there as it's called "extended". Here's hoping it'll be more than the mere 15 tracks that was the official on sale OST of HR. Would save me a lot of work.

Saint Link​​ yeah but that doesnt have to mean anything, if its just 5 tracks per disc then theres that lol. I dont think so but we'll see. If I find the time I will complete the soundtrack entirely as I did with HR. 84 tracks vs 15 on the official album is quite something I think. Haha.
