The bank is the better option by far because it's the only way to save Miller and obtain a bit of lore about what happened to Megan Reed.

the bank is better because if you have at least 10-15 multitools and you take all the 3 vault cards you will be rich in no time with this heist and fully prepared. -versalife vault (1 story mission orchid neutralize enzyme, 2 biocells, 2 stim injectors, 5 neuropozyne and much more) -Picus vault (lots of hacking tools and money + multi tools inside the safe) -Tarvos vault (lots of ammo + the unique weapon "Côte d'azur and so on) -Tai Yong medical vault (2 biocells, 3 neuropozyne and [if you didn't completed the calibrator side quest then a calibrator will be replaced in the safe of Tai Yong vault safe.) -The executive safes A and B 1st floor under the lobby (multitools, breach software, 4 neuropozyne, a safe contain a credit chip of "3000" Credits so grab it, and a lot of interesting things...) it's better do the heist, it's beautiful even for the stealth, lots of security measures and exc.. :)

Allisons story got me more, and i wanted to help her father. Plus all the people that could die if you dont neutralize the bombs. But yeah, i guess that for the first run, you should go for the bank. To get the equipment, money and praxis (if i remember correctly, there are some in safe). Then you can replay the game in + mode, and try other ways to do the objectives. With the + mode, MD has better replay than HR.

You can break into the vault anytime, blow up the fan in the escape vent with a frag grenade, I stole from Tai Yong and Tarvos vaults the moment you get their cards, and before the heist/alison mission. Hacked into the executive safes in the first prague day too ...

The Allison option was such a waste we thought she was dying and then turned out to be the leader orchestrating the whole thing.

I empty the bank so when I had to go back, it was a walk in the park

I usually pick up weapons that most enemies have (Machine pistol, 10mm pistol and shotgun) then stealth as much as I can and loot everyone, also never hurts to buy ammo if you can spare the credits. Tranq darts are unfortunately hard to come by
