Were the Jordan Rules ever effective on STOPPING Mj?🤔

To play them 4x each season because they were in the same division. Then have to face them in the playoffs was brutal. That’s what made his 1st champion so sweet tho. Because he had to the opportunity of actually beating the guys that physically beat him! I’m sure he get like once he beat them to get to the Finals the championship was his!

This is a big part of why Lebron has played so much longer than most other guys from the 80s & 90s. He didn’t have to absorb physical beatings like these guys did.

The Jordan rules also referred to the NBA changing the rules for him

He just waited his turn to win a Championship...he didn't beat Magic, Bird or Isaiah he waited until they got injured or old..FACT

Detroit didn't win until the Lakers and Celtics got old and injured. Zeke 1st Chip Bird was out for the season due to double heel surgery and Kareem was 42. Zeke 2nd chip he didn't play neither Bird or Magic in the postseason. Winning in 89 and 90 clearly not the same as winning in the early to mid 80s. #facts

Furthermore, there were no good teams in the 90s. That's why they could never make it back to the finals. Those finalists were essentially one hit wonders

@Jose-sy1je Pistons didn't win shhhttt in 88. Referee should've would've could've. Zeke has never beat Jordan, Bird and Magic in one postseason setting. He'll beat one maybe two but not all three hence why the Pistons didn't win until 89 and 90

@@g24deez Then watch the calls in '88. Isiah was unfortunate to also twist his ankle in that series. In '89 they went through the Bulls and the Lakers. Bulls literally went through anyone.
