I actually don't think the sound quality is too bad, considering its been produced on a budget and i think the Detour boys have done a pretty damn fine job putting this together - OK, its not recorded in 5.1 surround sound, but c'mon man - they've done a great job, d'ye no think? If you've not actually done anything to compare to it then i don't think you've any grounds for complaint. They're working hard to bring you something for FREE, shushed and enjoy it!
Sounds pretty great to me. Have you watched much live music on KZread?! We're damned lucky to have this caliber of material coming from people doing it just for the love of it...

What I really don't understand about this is that all the bands are miced up pretty comprehensively, yet the audio recordings are completely rubbish? If you really love these bands surely you should try and do justice to the performances? The music just sounds terrible. In fact if this is the Scottish music scene, it seems pretty crap! Fortunately I live here and know it's better than this. Would really like to see some proper production values in episode two, at the very least for the audio!
